If you are a budget type of person you can stay here at Swinging Carabao Hostel it's just a walking distance from Corong-Corong beach were you can see the beautiful Sunset. The staff are very friendly and also the hammock where you can chill with another guest. The wifi are awesome.

The staff are really welcoming (especially the manager) and the hostel style is super cute and open - i liked it. But, the nights we spent here were somewhat of a disaster. Between no electricty to charge our phones for the day or see past 6:30pm and no water to easily shower after the beach or a hot day out, it was a real disappointment. We expected a decent discount or something to compensate this and eventually got 100 pesos off after a struggle. But an immediate half price reduction would have been a nice gesture! I'm sure this hostel will be great in the future, but for now i would discourage people going there. My nights there were a real disappointment and I'm sad to have had this experience. Electricity and water are musts for a hostel - c'mon!!

We went to El Nido on Dec 23, 2017. I chose this hostel on the basis of reviews uploaded on the internet. I can proudly say I was not disappointed. . First of all, location of the resort is excellent. It's along the national hi-way of corong-corong. It is not too far from the down town, not crowded and it’s not noisy. Very affordable place to stay especially with group of friends, the staff is very warm, friendly and very accommodating especial mention to the caretaker Ms. Rose I will give her perfect 10 for being so happy always. Hehehe the facilities is so perfect the rooms are clean, they have a kitchen that you can use, clean toilet and they have a TAMBAYAN with a hammock. 5 star for this simple hostel in

Extremely basic hostel. Beds are outside, just with a roof, they have fans and mosquito nets and big lockers though. Toilets were not clean and never had toilet paper. There were showers but they don't work at all so you have to shower with a bucket. However the staff were all really nice and there is a cool social area with hammocks and swings. Also right by the beach for nice sunsets.

Very affordable place to stay especially with group of friends the staff is very warm,friendly,and very accommodating. walking distant where you can witness the best sunset in el nido.It's along the national hi-way of corong-corong.
