Ultra strong filtration run for hours daily keep it clean and free from too many chemicals. Our resort has solar powered and we have a stand by generator. Can’t say enough great things about this gorgeous and peaceful place perched on the cliff. The service staff is very friendly and the owner Anthony is as well, plus very hands on. The chef in the kitchen is fantastic, paying great attention to the food and using fresh ingredients. No need to venture out to other restaurants because this one has a variety of delicious dishes including authentic Filipino Cuisine, Thai, Italian and American. Coming from an American, her smash-style burgers are on point. Our room was clean, comfortable and smelled like a spa. Great view from our patio overlooking the pool with stunning views of the bay, mountains and sunrise. The private beach, though was a bit of a steep trip down some stairs that are currently still under construction. However, it was well worth it, being completely private and great snorkeling a few steps into the water. Plans are to eventually have a dive shop down there and I can’t wait to come back to enjoy the future amenities. I will for sure be back staying here again. Highly recommended!

What a wonderful hotel 😊 Me and my wife was there for almost a week and it was the best experience ever. When we got there we were greeted by the world's nicest staff. The owner came to greet us and we received orange juice with ice cubes as a welcome. The crew is so nice and pleasant and we received the warmest welcome. The room was so clean and nice with a fantastic view. The food was exquisite and it is the best Filipino food we have eaten. During the week, we had tinola 2 times and the world's best sinegang 4 times and it was so good. When we arrived at the ferry dock, the hotel picked us up in a cooled car and when we were about to leave, we were driven back. They fixed everything with tickets for the ferry so that the journey home was very pleasant and safe. When we got the final bill everything was in order with no hidden fees. We will definitely be back there next year and we are looking so much forward to it. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience 😊🤩

Travelling as two couples we had a fantastic time. Rooms were very clean with comfortable beds and great views. The swimming pool is always the perfect temperature and immaculately kept. The food is always amazing and can be enjoyed on your personal deck or by the pool but definitely treat yourself to a sunset meal on the Cliff Side deck and soak in those panoramic ocean views. Anthony, his lovely family and staff are very hospitable and attentive and will make sure you are never wanting for anything. Fantastic service having you dropped in on picked up in Sabang in a nice car anytime you like completes your VIP experience. Enjoy!

First thing to say is if you want to be in the heart of the action in Sabang this may not be the best option for you, that said the hotel is not far and offer a shuttle service in to town. If you want peace and quiet and excellent accomodation this would be a very hard option to beat . The place is lovely and there has been great attention to detail and quality in all the facilities. The food is also very good. For me the star of the show has to be Daisy who was the manager during our stay , she could not have been any better or more accommodating. Having travelled extensively globally, Daisy would rate as one of the very very best anywhere ! All in all a very nice place with exceptional service . I really recommend this place for people looking to relax away from the crowds

I've stayed at 4 places in Puerto Galera/Sabang/Sinendigan and Verde View is the only place I'll stay now. The owners, staff, rooms, food, and view are excellent. No traffic, amazing views of the mountains, channel, islands, and Luzon are all features which make the hotel a stand out. I booked for 3 nights and wound up staying a month. And I only left because I had to. I love to dive. There's world class diving just down the stairs of the cliff the hotel sits on. A 5 minute walk! You'll see dive boats there but you can just walk, put on your dive or snorkel gear, and see great coral and fish anytime. The views are mesmerizing. Most days I just sat with a cup of coffee and watched ship traffic, dive boats, fishermen, or storms over Northern Mindoro.

We were well treated and served during our stays at Verde. We are so surprised of the view. Trust me, the real view is way much crazy than the picture presented. We really enjoy the stay here and the owner are so nice. Invited us to enjoy the sunset everyday (actually if you are able to wake up early, you can enjoy the sunrise by one step out of your room)
I will book again next time when I come here for AOW.

My boy friend and me and a our friend have a trip to Puerto Gelera on last week. We stay at Verde View Villa on 3 days 2 night from Sept 29 to Oct 1 with many beautiful memories. There are so sweetie things and professional of the service. We are Vietnamese and Taiwan so our English not good, but the staff of the resort support us so nice. We are together dive in private beach of the resort, it’s small but so beauty. We can see many fish without dive so deep. Then we can swimming and play a game together. In the evening, my boyfriend and me can see so beautiful star on the night sky. It ‘s really so romanticccc kakaka If you are doing a plan to Puerto Gelera, you can refer Verde View Villa and get sweeties things, a good trip the same me. From Suzy with love

This place is amazing! Tucked away up a windy mountain road, VVV is isolated and perfect for R&R. You're only a short drive away (down the mountain) from Sabang Beach, where there are plenty of restaurants and bars. During our stay though I found no reason to leave the villas.
The rooms open right onto the pool. The pool itself has an infinity pool like effect, dramatically overlooking the ocean and islands across the way. Absolutely stunning views...
The rooms are clean, modern and with all the amenities you need...including a big TV with cable and a generous selection of free movies.
Just bear in mind that the nearest beach (not Sabang Beach) is rocky and difficult to snorkel at.
The staff at VVV are warm and welcoming and the food decent. Will definitely be back! Love this place.

I’m a frequent traveler in the Philippines. And one thing I’ve noticed is that many places - hotels, resorts, and restaurants lose their luster over time. The once good service starts becoming terrible, the rooms start aging and look like they have arthritis, and the stellar food that once was is now bland and inedible. Not with this place. I was last here 7 years ago and just like a good bottle of wine, it gets better over time. I had a remarkable time at Verde View in 2016 and an even more exceptional time last week. The service is extraordinary from their driver Jun to their supervisor Ann. We were there for just 2 nights and it felt like home. They took care of you not just like guests but like family. Ann even booked us tickets going back to Manila when we moved to anther island in Mindoro. The owner Anthony knows hospitality so well and naturally because once you stay there, you’re bound to return. He got us 2 rounds of drinks, so that we could relax, but he didn’t have to at all as everything - the rooms, the view, and the service was in a word, impressive. It rivals any 5 star resort. In fact, it’s the only place I’d stay in Puerto Galera. They pick you up at the port- free of charge, and offer a free shuttle going to and coming back from Sabang town. Perched on a hill in Sabang, overlooking two different bays, the view is simply breathtaking. They have their own private beach for snorkeling, a delightful bar that makes wonderful cocktails- try the Mindoro sling- and a restaurant that serves delectable food. I know because I’m a chef. Any dish that we tried was proper good food- from the pasta, the pizza, the cordon blue and the miracle soup were finely executed. You can’t ask more from a resort. Don’t waste your time and money staying in some resort on the main strip- it isn’t what it used to be and has lost its sparkle. For value of money, for feeling like you’re truly on vacation, for excellent food, and fantastic service, stay at Verde View. This place made us happy. And it will make you happy too.
