Great place with fantastic views. it is a bit of a walk uphill from the beach road but well worth it as it is quiet. I will come back again. When I visited there was not many people there as Sabang was still recovering from Covid and the restaurant was closed but this was not a problem.
We stayed for 5 nights at Belleview Cottages and had a very relaxing time. The cottage was basic but functional. It had aircon (which we didn't use) a fan and a fridge and was very clean. There was a good WiFi signal throughout. We had a balcony with a relaxing chair/lounger which was perfect for soaking up the view. The small on-site restaurant served very good food at a reasonable price. The breakfasts were notably good, with coffee available free. The owner, Nellie, is such a lovely person to talk to, making you feel welcomed and at home. Do be aware there is an unavoidable steep flight of steps (over 100 but we didn't count them) to get to the elevated cottages. This may trouble some people. If you want quiet, relaxation, a great view, but close to the hustle and bustle of Sabang we would recommend Belleview. We will definitely return. Jim & Susan …
This beach resort is just ok, its situated on the hill up from the beach, you have to climb up a decent amount of steps to get to it but worth it for the beautiful views of the bay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside to this place is in stayed in room 2. The room was OK but the bathroom was really grim, the door had fallen of and I had to get the staff to bodge it. You could sit on the toilet and have a shower. My friend stayed in room 5 which was a far better standard. The hotel was busy with Koreans who would take back many bar girls to the room and make lots of noise. My door went a couple of times a night with girls that the Korean men had ordered who knocked on the wrong room. Funny really !!!
Stayed 7 nights in Bellevue in March, 2018 very satisfy their provided services, clean room, hot water shower, cool air conditioning room, yummy breakfast, comfort bed and daily clean up service. Food and beer in reasonable price, located in 3 to 5 minutes walk to downtown so you can enjoy queit night and good quality sleep after a few dives in day time. The downside is every time to out or in to the hotel you have to walk 50 steps otherwise sure will back to Bellevue in next trip in PG island.
You know that feeling when you are about to end your two-day trip, feeling so relaxed and well-rested - you're on the baggage checking counter, ready to go on board and realized something is wrong - - - - - - - your bag is MISSING!!!!!!!!!!! That mixed emotion of anger, disgust, fear and sadness rolled into one big tsunami wave, drowning you alive. And you - your clouded judgment, wishing to have some sort of super powers to turn back time or maybe hoping Superman is true and ready to save the day - you know that feeling? I know that feeling. It happened to me. My feelings were larger than life, it makes me think of jumping off the ferry, beg the locals to bring me to Sabang or maybe swim - but I don't know how to... I left my bag at the hotel, I left it under my pillow and totally forget about it the next morning. All my IDs, ATMs, pocket money etc are there - important stuffs, right? I was so panicky, I can't even type the hotel name on Google to get their contact number. No expectations. I prepared myself for BAD NEWS! The phone rang, Ronnie (Bellevue staff) answered. He acknowledge right away that we left something in our room. He even went out of his way to ship it to QC - LBC is quite far from the hotel. I would highly recommend staying at Bellevue Cottages - aside from good night sleep, hearty meals and great cardio ----- you are staying with trustworthy, kind and honest people.. Thank you very much! Especially to Ronnie. :) --- To my family, especially to my mother, sorry and thank you for putting up with me...…
Really nice place up on the hill, with all cottages overlooking the sea. More affordable than most of the diving accommodation down on the front, and far nicer from what we could see. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again
toilet door almost dropping. on a hill..so a lot of step needed. stayed for 2 night but there is no room cleaning done for the 2 days. but u get a good view . No safe box in the room.. so if u need s safe box..then this might not be suitable.
I stayed here with my partner and our friend for just under a week. Because they were quiet they upgraded us from a one bedroom ensuite to a two bedroom apartment at the top of the hill. It was a lovely stay,we had air conditioning which made it so comfortable. The views were amazing also. Jeff and the ladies who work here are very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this lovely little quaint place.. Just a heads up though, it is not in puerto gallera its actually located in sabang.
I stayed at Bellevue Cottages for about a week, mostly in one of the cottages with an excellent view over the bay of Sabang & then a smaller room, both had a hammock outside the room. I really enjoyed my stay here & would have stayed longer if it wasn't booked up. In fact I came back every day for my breakfast when I had to move out & was still in Sabang. I met some nice people here including the staff & management & the girls that worked there became my friends (you all know who you are). A month later I returned to Sabang & still went everyday for breakfast (same same haha). I would recommend this friendly place to anyone that visits Sabang.
