Detailed Reviews
Located around 80 metres back from the beach which provided a quiet stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. I had my laundry back in about six hours.
My delux single room was large with a double bed, wardrobe and table and chairs. Power points for recharging were next to the table. The aircon worked well but due to the noise level I had to turn it off before sleeping. Which was no problem because it cooled my room down very well, not that it was warm to start with. The TV worked well with plenty of channels. The lighting needs to be improved.
The bathroom was a wet room but the shower head could be adjusted. Water pressure was okay and the water heater functioned well.
The advertised balcony on a ground floor room is actually a patio with a table and chairs and a drying rack. Internet data worked okay. There was the occasional brownout.
Breakfast is preordered. Only Philippino meals but I was able to substitute rice for toasted bread.
I enjoyed my stay. It ticked a lot of boxes.

We stayed for two nights at Simon's Heritage Resort and had a restful stay. The hotel is just a short walk to the beach and away from the noise of the bars at White Beach. The staff were polite and professional. The place is clean and the rooms are basic. They also served us delicious complimentary breakfast every morning.

+1
i booked this hotel through Travelbook.ph and got it for only P1600.00. It is a cheap one compared to the other hotels within the area. Initially, I was doubtful seeing something that is not so good on reviews through TripAdvisor. I even planned on cancelling it and booking somewhere else but cancellation was not possible.
We arrived at the hotel with very low expectations given that it is cheap and it is just a 2 star hotel. When we got in, the experience was very pleasant. The staff were very nice and there was even welcome drinks. Upon getting inside the room, it was already cool because the aircon was already turned on. It was very clean and well maintained. It was just basic with a dresser, LCD TV (other more expensive hotels only have CRT TVs), a queen sized bed (not too soft and not too hard) and 2 soft pillows which are comfortable enough to give you a good sleep.
The hotel also has a nice pool that is well lighted so you can also swim at night. If you want to go to the beach, it is just 1-2 minute walk.
The amount that we paid includes breakfast for 2 where you can choose from Filipino or American breakfast. They even called me up to check on what time they would serve it for us.
Overall, I can say that this hotel is definitely a very good choice if you are going to Puerto Galera. But among all the good things that I cited, the best thing about this hotel is their service. I pre-planned a surprise for my boyfriends birthday and they were able to pull it off very well. I asked them to have a wine prepared, sprinkle the room with rose petals, have 3 balloons and create a Happy Birthday greeting on the bed and it should be prepared at exactly 12MN once we get back from drinking and massage on the shore. I was also surprised and very happy with the result of their work. I'll forever be thankful to the manager, Ms. Ellen and the supervisor, Ms. Mia for helping me out on making my boyfriend's birthday so special.

Had an awesome trip to Puerto Galera with this hotel. Had a 3D2N stay.
-Location is quiet. 3-5mins walk to the shore. Had a nice sleep.
-Smooth and fast check-in
-Staffs were great and very attentive! One instance when were about to dip into the pool, one of the staff immediately turned on their fountain realizing that its not functioning.
-Serving of food was on time just let the staff know when to serve
-Delicious and good amount for breakfast except for TUYOSILOG which I found too much salty. But their TAPSILOG is a must try breakfast.
-They do have tables and chairs inside and outside of your room. So its up to you where you want to have breakfast.
-Spacious room and the a/c is really cool
-Complete toiletries and towels with cabinet
-TV with cable was functioning well
-They are very much strict about their linens having stained so be careful or you'll be charge for it
Overall we were really satisfied and sure to come back here when we go to Puerto again. Thank you very much.

Booked here through a hotel website.
The staff were nice.
Decided to change hotels after a night. The room was small for 4 people. The linen threadbare. The AC ineffective. Really poor water pressure. Cracked and sharp broken tiles in the room. Old horrid wardrobe which the door refused to stay shut. No in room safe.
Door knob was loose and hard to unlock.
Not worth $60 a night.
Breakfast was bare minimal quality.
I feel sorry for the people working there cause they do try their best.
The owner really needs to fix this place up.
At best a 2 star hotel...
Many better rooms at a similar price around white beach.

The resort is not beach front, the staff are slow in terms of serving the food — for breakfast if you ask for additional rice they cannot provide, maybe because they just prepared exatly for the number of guests. Don’t have enough pitchers — we asked for water and they just give it when everyone is finished already with the breakfast and ask for the pitcher we used for the juice. No free Wi-Fi, the lighting in the room was dark and the AC was very noisy. Overall, this resort is average. They have swimming pool.

We really enjoyed ours stay here. The reception staff was quick, knowledgable and friendly. Breakfast was promptly served on the veranda at the time we scheduled. The pool is clean and a great place to hang out if you need a break from the beach. The wifi didn't work the entire 5 day stay, but it turned out to be a nice break.

We chose this place due to the good reviews. MSL free shuttle dropped us very nearby.was not so confident that it wd be nice, considering there were many family resorts ( more like motels) around and if the unkempt road that was muddy. But we were greeted by a wonderful receptionist. Our room was a family room, enough for 5 pax. Its was basic but the bed, aircond, tv reception was good. We had to walk 3 mins, going through some muddy path to get to White Beach. This is where you get restaurants n its 24 hrs. At night there are fire performers. Breakfast was good too

The rooms were clean and nice. The staffs were all friendly. The room we had can accommodate up to 5 guest (only 3 of us used the room at same price) and only 2 have free breakfast. The bathroom was clean too but the water pressure was poor. The place is 2 to 3 minutes walk from the beach.
