We had an amazing stay at Steps Garden Resort in Puerto Galera! My children and I stayed in the Penthouse Family Suite, and it was absolutely perfect. The suite features two spacious bedrooms and an open layout, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax. The best part was the breathtaking view of the entire Sabang shoreline—it truly felt like paradise.
The staff at the resort were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Their hospitality really made our stay memorable. The location is also fantastic, with several great restaurants nearby, including the on-site Tamarind Restaurant and Frasch, which were both incredibly convenient and delicious.
We also had the pleasure of enjoying a Christmas Eve buffet, which featured a Swedish menu. It was absolutely delicious, and the variety and quality of the food made our celebration special.
The suite itself was comfortable and well-equipped. The beds were cozy, and the air conditioning kept the room fresh throughout our stay. I also loved that we had the option to cook in the penthouse, with complete cookware and utensils provided. It made us feel right at home.
If you're looking for a place that combines comfort, convenience, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend Steps Garden Resort. It's truly a home away from home!

Having spent vacations in various hotels in Palawan, Iloilo, Guimaras, Bolinao and Batangas, the staff, from receptionists, house keeping, ground staff and restaurant server ranks in my top three for personalized hotel guest services. From a very responsive reception/front desk, to very friendly and happy ground staff, to very meticulous housekeeping with supervisor, and a knowledgeable restaurant server, made our stay so extremely pleasant, relaxing, and care-free. We definitely plan to stay here upon our decision to vacation near Puerto Galera again. Nothing beats being surrounded by great staff that takes care of every need almost immediately. I had a great experience staying at Steps Garden resort during my recent scuba trip. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Grounds are impeccable. Clean and well maintained. I booked the smallest room. It was basic but very clean, good a/c, and well stocked mini fridge. Very good wi-fi connection. Fanastic views of the sea from the resort. Keep in mind the reason for the great views is it is on the side of a steep hill so a bit of a walk up - worth the walk. Upside is you don't get any evening party noise. Food is very good but breakfast and lunch only. Dinner restaurants are a very short walk away. Short walk to all the dive shops and evening activities. Very nice pool overlooking the ocean with a poolside bar. They will help you with ferry tickets and transfers but they do add it a little$ of the cost for themselves. Understandable and worth the small fee for hassle free travel. Almost forgot, excellent value for your money.

We stayed at Spets Garden hotel for 3 days, and booked the 2 bedroom family room and 2 jr deluxe suite for my mom and aunt. The food was great, the room is clean, the family room is gorgeous with a nice view of Sabang beach. The Hotel Manager, Mark is very accommodating as well as the hotel staff. We felt well served and the place feels so exclusive for us. Though the family room is located on the top, its like climbing a 7th floor, but its worth it because of the very nice view .We rented out a jeepney to bring us to white beach the whole afternoon and return in the evening. We both enjoy sabang and white beach during our stay. We will definitely come back.

I stayed at Steps Garden Resort for one week. It was spectacular! The staff are very friendly and help you get whatever you ask for. Bed are comfortable, AC worked great, water is hot, towels, linen, everything is comfortable. Food is great!! Try the bananas flambee, it’s the best. The best part are the staff, they’re so so hard working and helpful, and create a great atmosphere. Yes, there are a lot of steps to get to the resort, but the views you get from your personal cabin are incredible.

It was wonderful staying steps graden resort and I was healing time there. Also, the foods in there are delicious and good tastes for me. All staffs are nice, kind and generous to guests, so I loved to stay there for 2 nights. If I go to puerto garela again, I do not hegitate staying there and will stay there again. Especially, Maybelle who r staff in reception is so kindness and easy to explain me to use all facilities there. Thus, I was more happy to stay there. I recommend here to have enjoyable time and beautiful memory for your guys vacation.

Raychell and Jogie are the best. accommodating, friendly and caring. The place is clean, comfortable and peaceful. I was so happy with this choice and guys youll never regret it. Come and visit them you will never regret it. Try their fruit shake too.

I like the steps garden resort very much, we had a very nice stay of this resort. The room is so clean I like the big bathroom and also they had a mini bar inside the room. And the staff is so nice and very friendly. And when it comes to food their restaurant the tamarind restaurant it's a big WOW for me the foods especially the steak we had, oh my gosh very yummy medyo expensive lang siya ng konti pero worth it and nagastos kasi sobrang sarap. We will definitely come back to this place.

Beautifull resort with swimmingpool, restaurant, nice room with special attention to the toothpasta/showergel/etc. and the fridge is checked every day (little payment). The personal attention and help is suberb! Thank you Raychell! Only downside, as the name suspects, a few to many steps ;-)
