Detailed Reviews
This hotel is adequate and sufficient for what it aims to provide; a clean and safe place to sleep in an excellent location.
This hotel is hidden away in one of the busiest night life areas of Tsim Sha Tsui and is excellent for the traveller that enjoys having bars and clubs within walking distance. It is also located right in the middle of 2 MTR stations (HK metro system).
The room itself is small but clean. It provides you with a place to sleep and clean up and is perfect for just that only.

The Acesite is a nice small hotel located in a great part of TST. The rooms are small, but make good use of glass and mirrors in the decor to make them feel larger. Staff were friendly and free wifi in the 5th floor lounge ("business centre"). The only downside was that the bed was very firm (hard), even by Asian standards!

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights in deluxe. The room was ok, not too big but also not too small. The staff was quite nice and the service center was very helpful and attend our problem, which was quite a few. The location of the hotel was great, it's located near a lot of restaurants, shopping places, and there's a good money changer that offered quite a good price for US$, it's also near an MTR just a walk around the block.
The moment we arrived at the mingle and wanted to check-in, we were quite shocked when the staff said that they didn't have our reservation, which we actually re-confirmed 2 times via telephone 2 days before and 1 day before. It was quite a shock for us and they didn't give us introduction about the hotel and it's facilities which is just a small detail but it's quite affecting our judgement for a hotel.
It's a nice small high tech hotel, but the staff seems to have less knowledge about the tech in the hotel itself, such as the fingerprint recog which i actually asked after i got into my room and saw the fingerprint recog device near the door (and it's also seem that the device didn't worked cause we still need to swipe our card upon enter).
There was also problem with our A.C cause it's making noise in the night which disturb our sleep and in the morning the floor underneath the AC was dripping wet. But the service center fixed that problem right away in the morning for us nicely.
I recommend this hotel if you're young people (single, couple, friends), not travelling with families (babies), full amenities of a hotel (internet (wireless signal is poor, but cable's connection is quite decent), movie, small kitchen, lcd screen, bathroom tv, tea making eq, etc)
I don't recommend if u want good pool, really good service, comfy bed (it's not too soft).
Overall it's good hotel, but a bit overvalued cause they didn't live up to the expectation of their ads, I will take this hotel as my reserve if my primary hotel in HK is full :)

服務態度差爆了,有信用卡服務但表示不懂用,不接受信用卡按金,只接受現金。員工態度差。環境也差,沒有門牌,入口被餐廳擋住。免費都不會入住。
Cheap price but extremely bad service and environment.
Bad altitude from the staffs. I have already called the hotel and confirmed they accept credit card for payment. However, when I arrived the hotel, they said they only accept cash for deposit. But they have credit card machine right on their desk. The staff said she don’t know how to use. The manager (so call) said they have mentioned it in their policy, “refundable” means cash. What a ridiculous.
For the environment, this hotel is even worse than a hostel. The entrance is block by a restaurant and without and signage.
Overall, I will not return even for free.

I had a problem with the Acesite Knutsford Hotel. I booked and fully paid online for a room. I arrived at the Hotel and at the reception said that I had to pay $1000 deposit to check in. But I wasn’t notify about it in advance. I had only debit card and octopus card with me. They refused to use my cards they wanted only cash money. Stuff was not friendly and they refused to accommodate me and help me in that situation. They even refused to provide wifi for me so I could find a solution. So they didn’t let me do check in. And also money that I paid was not refundable.

It is horrible hotel, service is bad, the front desk people is part time unprofessional employee. No room needs to wait until 1500.... no even check whether there is any available rooms. No help to customers at all. Swim pool closed down... Hotel doesn't want to share wifi password...they do provide wifi but they do not want to share the password..asked you to give your phone and computer so they can key in password...how professional this hotel?
Finally this is the most small room I have in my life with 120USD per night. I will never stay in this hotel.

I have to admit, that I'm used to staying in cramped and small living conditions, having travelled throughout South East Asia and being 6 ft. 3 inches, accommodations always seem just a little "Tight" ...BUT, this had to be the ultimate, "I must be in the Land of Lilliputian" moment!! Not only was the "Room" slightly bigger than a closet (And dirty), but the bed was wedged between to walls. IF you are over 6 ft, as in the my case, there is no way you can lie in bed, without reverting to the "Fetal Position". Since I arrived late, after a 12 hour flight, I decided to speak to the reception, first thing in the morning. After a sleepless night, I informed management that this was unacceptable and that I needed to move to another room, EVEN at a slightly higher price. Well, talking to a disinterested and useless "Clerk" , who informed me, that ALL the rooms were set up in this configuration AND that Id better look elsewhere. Well, I was supposed to stay 6 nights, but after 2 hrs. of searching, I transferred elsewhere, for about the same price.
Great location, BUT there are MUCH better Hotels in the area, that are cleaner, bigger AND more important, can accommodate us "Bigger People"....

I stayed at Mingle Place from 26 June for 7 nights. The hotel is situated in Observatory Court which is the road opposite the Stanford Hillview hotel which not all taxi drivers are aware of. This hotel is a boutique style hotel with rooms featuring LCD panel televisions, fingerprint recognition technology for the room doors (mine didn't work and was issued with a door card), air conditioning. Please be aware that the single rooms are very compact, particularly the bed which was just about long enough for me (I'm 5ft 8in)! Bed linen was clean but the blanket thin but heavy given the hot and humid climate. Bath linen changed daily. The bathroom was similarly compact with a walk in shower and very small sink. The room was made up every day although I noticed that the mirror panels in the room were never dusted down. Tea making facilities are provided and there is a small fridge under the token storage space area for hanging your clothes. The room boasts wireless networking, but the signal strength was consistently poor and non-existent and I gave up trying to connect at times although a network cable was provided (results equally poor). Staff were efficient and courteous but did not really go that "extra mile".
The area is minutes from the well known Nathan, Carnarvon, Granville Road areas for shopping although Harbour City is also nearby and a favourite (and the local Fitness First gym!) and eating areas. You are also well served with bars and restaurants in the cosmopolitan Knutsford Steps area which is literally 2 mins from the hotel. Tsim Tsa Tsui MTR also close by.
Unfortunately, I am unlikely to be returning to this hotel which promised much but failed to deliver overall.

Value of money. The room was big and clean with a big table.
However, the location was a bit hard to find.
Furthermore, it could only make up the room during day time which was a bit not convenience..

I traveled as a single female who is looking for good nightlife.
Pros: It was cheap and quiet. Staff spoke decent English. There is a 7-11 and currency exchange 1 block away. I ate a decent breakfast at hotel next door called Stanford Hillview.
Cons: Falsely advertised as a 3 star-- this hotel is a 1-2 star. Far distance from anything relevant. It is up a STEEP hill which is a pain to get up and down. Cab drivers/ bus drivers had never heard of this hotel so I had to use the neighboring hotel "Empire Kowloon hotel" as a familiar landmark.
Closest metro station is 15 minute walk (Tsim Tsa Tsai metro station). 25 minute walk to Avenue of the Stars (good view). 45 minute walk to west Kowloon (good view from Ritz Carlton -Ozone lounge).
Airport transportation- I used the shared charter bus for $25ish USD each way and used the landmark of Empire Kowloon hotel ( 1 block away)
Would I stay here again? No, because it was too far from anything relevant.
Recommendation: Stay in west Kowloon, Lan Kwai Fong, or central Hong Kong. Plenty of action and close to airport express metro which is very easy access to airport or central Hong Kong. I really enjoyed the bars at Ritz Carlton and also the W hotel before I went out to Lan Kwai Fong.
**Cab drivers & metro accept CASH ONLY !
** as in most cities--- cab drivers TRIED to rip me off. Beware.
