We had such a lovely stay at Cordis hotel. From check in Jacky made us feel right at home. What a lovely and professional staff member. He helped us to find some great restaurants, even with sorting out our SIM cards right up till some great tourist attractions. The hotel is located in the heart of Mong Kok and AMAZING for exploring. The swimming pool is super relaxing with the most beautiful view, one of our highlights. At checkout we had Richard who assisted us. We had a very pleasant encounter with him. A very well spoken, friendly staff member. Highly recommend Cordis - 10/10.

Exemplary service and fantastic breakfast food choices. A special mention of Richard who assisted me at check in and Ken Khan floor manager. He went above and beyond offering me complementary bubbles. The rooftop pool is luxurious, langham place mall so convenient and the spa is heavenly. The best hotel experience I've had.

It is my son birthday and the staff made a nice birthday card and also a small chocolate cake for my son. Nice gesture. Before the trip, I also email them to ask a few questions on the transportation. They are very helpful to attend to my questions.

Located in the heart of shopping area, shopping center right across the street, MTR also within 2 mins walk. Plenty of good restaurants around not just local food but around the world. Hotel room is clean, bright and comfortable, flexible at check-in and helpful staffs to give direction.

We stayed in this hotel 3 to 4 times last few years. Very cosy and comfortable environment. My family like it very much. Location is convenient for local food . Only problem this time round is Hong Kong shopping has not recover and many shops are missing. Upside , the places are not crowded which i like.

Cordis Hotel is excellent for family vacation. Convenient to get food and the transport is just a walking distance. Kids enjoyed the hotel room which was huge, and the view was tremendous. A must recommended hotel to stay.

We have just completed the complimentary walking tour, 90 minutes, around the markets of the area surrounding the Cordis Hotel Hong Kong.Thevtour was led by JONAH , one of the conciege staff. IJonah was professional and knowledgeable and itwas exciting and very informative. So much so that my wife and I are about to return to the Ladies Market now to continue shopping !!!!!
