The hotel did not have a cleaning services during the stay which we did not know at the begining. This is understandable but the room was not even clean prior of our checked in too, this was not accepatable. Dusty every where on the table/desk, mini-bar didn't work, shower room fan and window very dirty like was never been clean for a year. Towel torned out and hard. Entrance of the hotel was under construction and was never informed on the website when we booked. However, staffs were friendly and helpful when we asked to have our bath towels replace every day.

The stay at this hotel was based on location and price. The location is very good: close to Victoria Bay, piers and the Apple store we need. The A21 bus from the airport stops near the hotel. The hotel rooms are small and require cosmetic renovation. The hotel staff resolved any questions we had quickly and without problems. The hotel description matches the information on the website.

The only good thing is the location, but the hotel is in terrible condition, the room smells damp and there is plenty of humidity, there are leaks at the head of the bed and in the bathroom. Everything is heard in the halls.
There's no restaurant.
After check out if you want to store your luggage you have to pay.
In short I do not recommend it at all.
The worst experience in HK.

Not recomend👎👎👎👎. Dirty room with cockroaches and no hot water. I have been staying there for 3 nights with my wife and 2 kids. This problem is still unsolved until i checked out. I have asked the staff about this since the first night i stayed, and the answer was " It will be fixed shortly" like answer to cut corners.

The only good thing about this hotel is
location that it is near Mtr and many bus stops, local restaurants, shopping mall if you're looking for a place that is easy to travel around Hongkong this is what you're looking for, but if you want to stay comfortably this hotel is not the answer.

There were a lot of dead and alive cockroaches in the room. I don’t know how many cockroaches I shot! The room was shabby. A pair of paper slippers had not been opened. I didn’t dare to wear them. I called the front desk and they didn’t answer the phone. The iron mesh of the air-conditioning vent in the room fell off. The towels in the toilet were torn. There was no one to wash my hair. I called the counter after reading other people’s comments. There is an ashtray. It seems that the things in each room are different. The sound insulation is also very poor. There is only one card in the room. When the card is taken away, the lights and air conditioning in the room are still on. Which room of my friend will be turned off after the card is taken away? ! The toilet in the lobby looked like a haunted house. I didn't dare to go in when I was halfway there. There were so many doors. I thought I was in the wrong place for a while! Anyway, I won’t stay here again. It’s too dirty. The only good thing is that it’s convenient in the city.

I’ve book this hotel for (period of stay).

Unfortunately my trip was immediately ruin by the processes of immigration office of Hongkong which was out of my control and definitely unexpected.

I was under the control of the immigration for xxxx hours, was unable to even access the internet.

Once I’ve done from the immigration I immediately write them an email informing them that I was unable to travel due to such things happened and asked for the refund for at least 1 night out of the entire stay and even attached the evidence paperwork from the immigration:

The hotel did a very unprofessional and terrible action as they never response my email, this show a bad management and lack of communication

I’d never go back again, very disappointed

The staff at the lobby was very nice and attentive. Another plus is the awesome location, close to everything. The hotel room however, need to do better cleaning. We booked for 4nites, our first nite there were cockroaches 🪳 in the bathroom and it was crawling everywhere. We didn’t dare to bring any food to the hotel room. Later we asked the front desk to help us maybe spray the bathroom and they did. After that, it was all good but we just find the hotel way too outdated, it really needs a good renovation. Anyway, with the price we paid for this great location, I guess we shouldn’t complain or expect much.

Their hygiene problems are really bad! ! !
Hygiene:
1) Upon arriving at the 11th floor of the room, there is water in the corridor, but there is no water sign posted to remind guests.
2) As soon as you open the door, you can see Chengdi's long hair, which makes people feel completely unrestrained!
3) So many bugs! ! ! It's so scary, these little guys are walking around the toilet, stage, wall and underground! ! ! ! Tell people to dare to train!

Privacy aspect
1) When I arrived at the reserved room, the door was not locked! Everyone can come in! So worried about personal issues.
2) The sound insulation problem is so bad!

Environmental aspects
1) Hotel-like environment
2) The lighting level of the interior decoration is very poor and the overall lighting is very dark.
3) The room and toilet have a peculiar smell

I won’t stay in a nun room next time!
