I stayed there for a night in November. I decided to book a suite. The room was spacious and clear. The bathroom was amazing with a huge bathtub. Location is wonderful. Donki and Sogo are very close. I would like to thank the Executive Floor team (Sandy, June, Neo, Roger, Michelle, Jack, Julius) for their first-class hospitality.
We’ve been to a lot of staycations over the past 2 years, 5-star hotels, hip hotels, new hotels, or ones with history, but we have to say we had one of the best staycation experience at Park Lane. We joined the Monet Package from Klook, it includes a Monet Garden themed room, in-room afternoon tea for 2, buffet breakfast for 2, and a Monet themed picnic basket (which includes a bottle of Champagne, 2 champagne glasses, and a Monet garden printed picnic mat). The view in the room is just spectacular, overseeing Victoria Harbour. The room is nicely decorated and Monet themed. Since the view in the room is so great, it makes the in-room afternoon tea a great experience. As we have access to the club floor, we also went and had a drink there before our dinner. The Executive Floor staffs are so helpful and kind that they really made you feel like a VIP. Special thanks to Sandy, the Executive Floor Manager, and her team, Neo, June, Roger, Jillian, Jack, Michelle, Julius, Andy, and Ben. We appreciate all your help and kindness. We also booked a painting session on their executive floor, you have Victoria park in front of you, and we enjoyed it a lot. We also had a great dining experience at their restaurant, SKYE, which is in our separate review. Overall, we think Park Lane is a hidden gem, its super convenient location, super friendly and helpful staffs, and great food really makes our stay a superb experience.…
I had a wonderful experience on my recent staycation at The Park Land HK, A Pullman Hotel. For that, I'd like to compliment the hotel staff of their professionalism and enthusiasm; with smiling face, they executed their daily tasks diligently. Especially I'd like to thank Neo and Cindy, Kitty, Ursa, Nikki, for their heartwarming service, and always willing to take extra steps to accommodate my requests.
Responses to our initial inquiry from the hotel sales team were prompt which helped us to book this hotel for our HK stay.It was conveniently located with plenty of good restaurants, banks, shops, department stores and supermarkets and even a MTR station in the vicinity. We found the rooms clean and tidy and the hotel staff were curteous and friendly at all times. The rooms were comparatively.spacious with views of the victoria Park and the glorious iconic victoria harbour. The toilets were spacious and clean. However suggest that a few more pegs or a railing is appropriately places in the toilet for clothing and towels when you have long staying guests as there is only a peg for a bath towel behind the door at the moment. The 27th floor restaurant and bar with a glorious view of the Victoria harbour was highly under utilised.Capitalising on the view this area could be used for high end dining similar to Totts at excelsior hotel a few years ago. All in all it was a pleasant stay of seven days which we enjoyed and will definitely return on our next stop over in Hong Kong.…
Parents stayed a couple nights during their pcr tests until they got the blue leave home safe QR code on the 4th day. FYI, some hotels allow residents to stay in their hotel if they get confirmed COVID positive during the first or second pcr test. Some hotels do not… so make sure u check first. I booked on hotels.com which clearly stated free upgrade when I confirmed the booking. But when we got to the hotel at 5pm, the hotel staff said the free upgrade was “subject to availability” and at the not particularly late hour of 5pm there were no more free upgrades available. But of course for 400hkd more we could get an upgrade to park view and top floor. I know bait and switch when I see it, but since this was for my parents, I just paid it. But clearly either hotels.com needs to state “subject to availability” which they didn’t, or the hotel needs to own up and offer free upgrades as advertised. We never ate at the hotel during the first three days, so no comment on restaurants or facilities. Generally it seemed hotel condition (at least 2514) was adequate. Some general wear and tear but for a, I want to say 39 year old hotel, it was acceptable.…
i've been staying at parklane hotel everytime i go to hk. the service is very good and very helpful for the things i asked for, will definitely recommend. all of them speak good english. our room was upgraded so was very happy and very nice view
Seriously.... I have gone around the world and stayed at many Accor group hotels and many other hotels worldwide, but only at Pullman Parklane Hongkong, they gave the best service during check in and even in the Executive Lounge. We were greeted by Roger who gave a very warm welcome during check in, he explained everything in details. At the Executive Lounge we were greeted by Sandy, June and other staffs who were there. Service was excellent. A very special thank you to Sandy, June, Neo, Michelle, Jack,Julius and Roger ( executive floor team) which make our stay a very memorable one.
Excellent and attentive staff serving us. Great service and variety of food up to our expectation Please don't ask us to we Send you long dissertations as all of us would just give you a brief and honest opinion rather than ling winded write up as you insist A great turn off
I've joined the plan with afternoon tea and cocktail with dinner set at the Ebb&Flow and the morning buffet. Its a birthday celebration so the room was decroated with a handwritten welcome card which we kept when we left cause its extremely adorable, so special thanks to the executive floor team - Sandy, June, Neo, Roger, Jack, Michelle and Julius, as well as the cleaning ladies as we felt extremely warmth from the staff. The room was clean and comfy, the view from the room was nice enough, food at the restaurant and buffet was average, very convince since its close to the MTR station, really recommended.
I stayed at Park Plan for 17 days. the service, room, and amenities were top notch. Special shout out to Cindy, Kitty, Ursa, Nikki, and Sony for making me feel so welcome and valued. I will definitely stay again my next trip to Hong Kong.
