    Great hotel, great service, great location, great food!

    I will be staying at the hotel for New year do they have any special entertainment within the hotel or is it better to venture out ?

    During reservation I have seen two kinds of suites,what is the difference between the executive suite and the harbour view suite ? they are both the same size and the executive suite is incl.breakfast but the harbour suite is more expensive ? is it only the harbour view ? it does not say if harbour view suite includes breakfast or not.
    If you don't mind paying extra and have time for the glorious harbour view, I would say go for it! It's awesome really.

    just wondering how much a night do they hold on a card when your checking in for credentials i.e room service, minibar use etc??
    for mine, they held about 20% more than my actual room rate.

    What is a "twin" room? Does it actually denote a twin bed? If so, what are the approximate dimensions of a twin bed?
    A Twin room means 2 beds rather than 1 King Size bed. Single beds are of good size.

    I have some walking problem due to the bone crack. I'm not sure whether there is the wheelchair to borrow to get to the Pacific Place. Thank you.
    I believe if you are a guest at Island Shangri-La, a wheelchair can be requested. Best to check with the Guest Relations manager. They will be able to inform you if the hotel can provide one.
