We stayed here for 3 nights. Amazing stay at the JW Marroitt. The metro is available just beneath the building which made connectivity and travel to various places very easy. Rooms are cosy and comfortable. We enjoyed the multi cuisine food at their restaurants. Overall enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
The best staycation so far for me, though when I checked in it took me 10mins from the que ( 2pm peak time) and another 20mins in front desk. The other staff in FO assisting other checked in guest took lesser time than the one assisted me Ms. Edith, i have no idea why. The room is not that spacious however it's lovely and room temperature is great! The bathroom is great as well as the bath amenities! They using nespresso capsule for coffee. They have steam iron for clothes, the Operator is excellent. I didn't tried breakfast buffet as i dont usually eat breakfast but according to my Mum the food choices is good as well as the service. Room service is fast! Well done! The outdoor pool is quite huge. I haven't tried indoor pool. Probably next time! I loved my stay. Will definitely comeback! …
Really nice hotel with amazing restaurants. Stayed here with my fiancé and she loved the seafood restaurant and also the bar in the lobby. Rooms have nice views and nicely maintained. The reception staff upgraded us and we also go a nice late checkout. We will come back in December!
A solid business hotel which has the best location in Hong Kong. I chose to stay here with my fiance who loves their Chinese restaurant and we didn't regret. The rooms are well maintained and ambiance is nice. Its worth the price and better than the kowloon Marriott hotels.
I stayed here to celebrate my birthday and it was a very very comfortable. It is directly connected to the MTR station and the location is perfect for both shopping and sightseeing. The view from the room was spectacular. Definitely more than expected. Waking up every morning to see the Hong Kong harbor lit up by the morning sun was a real treat. Working out at the gym is nice, but you should definitely try the morning walk to the port with your coffee before breakfast. Stunning experience! All the staff were smiling, friendly and always ready to help us. Especially the female staff who checked me in was really kind. She has a good understanding of the complex medical surveillance system and the benefits of being a Marriott Platinum member, and she took care of us so that we could enjoy the benefits as much as possible. This is a other story, but it was a very good service that some staff came to the room in the afternoon to check if there was a shortage of water and pillows. After finishing the medical surveillance, I also used the lounge buffet, but all the dishes were very delicious and the friends I invited were very happy. Thanks to JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong, I had a wonderful birthday celebration. You guys are definitely the best Marriott hotel I have ever stayed in. We will definitely come back again. …
Pleasant stay Stayed 13 nights Booked a separate booking to attach to my original booking (because of the relaxation of HK quarantine rules to 0+3) The front desk was kind enough to ensure I won't be troubled to move rooms and since I'm a bonvoy gold, they kindly gave me a corner room which is slightly bigger. Overall stay was pleasant, just that during the T3, the wind hit hard on the windows (I guess) so there was knocking sound against the window for 2 nights which kinda disrupted my sleep. Called AYS (at your service), they assured me and offered me a separate room temporarily, which I declined because it was too troublesome. Nevertheless thought it was good gesture.
Booked a Staycation for Friday night in the middle of September. The room was fairly spacious (had a corner room) with all the amenities you would expect from a hotel of this quality. While we only stayed on the 17/F, the views were quite nice - looking at the swimming pool and some greenery. However, it is showing its age with its decor style (such as the aircon or light button) and the lack of USB ports/charging outlets next to the bedside. The outdoor pool was busy on Friday so you had to book in advance - unless you go early morning or late at night. While it is less private compared to other hotels (because the restaurant/bar is next to the pool), the atmosphere was nice and it opens until 11 pm! For the buffet-cation, we had dinner at The Lounge and breakfast at JW Cafe. The selection at The Lounge was fairly good, but the quality of the food was fairly inconsistent - the Peking Duck and Lamb Rack were nice but the roast beef and char siu was so tough! Breakfast also had a very good selection and extra marks for service as we had a custom order of plain Cheong Fun instead of wrapped in mushrooms. Overall, the experience was nice with plenty of food! While the decor is not as modern compared with other luxury hotels, the service was attentive and efficient.…
Very good service all the way from checkin, lounge, room service and swimming pool. Will definitely visit again. They can fulfill my needs with quick response. Definitely Stephanie on front desk provided good support to me, I appreciated her advice. Unfortunately, I couldn’t enjoy the buffet.
I checked-in on Friday and only had to wait for around 5 mins at the reception counter for my turn. Staff were caring and asked me if I needed any assistance on my luggage when waiting. After finished check-in, staff led me to the lift and asked me any help on my luggage again. It’s caring. We had dinner at Man Ho Chinese Restaurant and staff provided us unexpected surprise for my dad’s birthday as I only pre-ordered birthday buns, while the staff prepared us a small cake. Next day breakfast at JW Cafe was also good with expected varieties of food. Only cons for this stay was I found housekeeping staff didn’t change the in-room cup coasters. I saw the coffee stains on the coasters. Generally the room was clean and tidy.
On Hong Kong island in the heart of downtown, a really nice venue! Convenient MTR subway access from Airport to Admiralty station (about 35 minutes). They're concierge lounge has a great variety of ethnic foods and beverages. Venue with room accommodations and restaurants are great. Service everywhere is A+.
