    If I reserve a room with points and have a 3rd guest but do not require a roll-away bed will I still be charged the extra person fee?

    Are there any difference between a club level room and the regular ones, by the room itself? Are they identical beside the "club level" perks?
    I haven't seen a regular room, but suspect they are similar. The amenities in the bathroom on the Club Level, were over the top. We even had a hairbrush! The staff will be able to answer your question. Do not hesitate to reach out to the property.

    Is the swimming pool area kids friendly?
    yes very - it is on the 118th floor, infinity pool overlooking HK skyline. Amazing.

    Hello Ritz Carlton- I an considering booking a Ritz Kids package but was wondering about the placement of the safari night tent and how much room it takes up in a standard room. Can you advise if the package can be customized and how much room it takes in a room? Thank you!
    the tent is pretty good sized, maybe 4X4 feet. The rooms here are decent sized, rectangular rather than square. I think it would be ok.
