    Does the hotel provide shuttles to and from the hotel?
    Not sure, to and from where? The hotel is located next to Tai Koo train station(exit D1).

    Would like to know if your heated swimming pool is open all year round? We are thinking about visiting in December/January. Thank you
    Many thanks for your e-mail. Our heated swimming pool is indeed open all year around, except for 2 weeks in the middle of January when it is closed for annual maintenance. Do let us know what dates you had in mind in terms of stay at EAST, Hong Kong.

    Please could you let me know if it is possible to get an extra bed for a 6 year old put in the room? Planning to come and stay in early November with friends.
    Many thanks for your message. We can indeed place an extra bed into a guest bedroom, a double but not in a twin. The additional charge for an extra bed is HK$450 plus 10% service charge.
