    So efficient and effortless!
    Everything is to the perfection! service, cleanness, Courtesy and amazing food and beverage. The management is paying attention at customers arrival back and forth at the hotel lobby. Beautiful views from the rooms and Cafe Gray.

    Incredible design, gracious hospitality, immaculate service
    Can't say enough great things about Upper House - they really do take wonderful care of you. The room and hotel design is spacious and light, Cafe Gray and the bar are beautiful with spectacular views - and delicious fare. Stayed there a week and felt at home.

    Great location right beside Hong Kong Park and Pacific Place, gorgeous rooms that are modern and uniquely decorated, the breakfasts that we had were fantastic, and the staff are really friendly and attentive.

    Did the Upper House sustain major damage from the recent typhoon?
    Dear Larry G, Apologies for the delay in response and thank you for your concern. Luckily Our House sustained little to no damage during the typhoon due to protection the nearby buildings provided against the wind. This was also the case for areas in our proximity such as Wan Chai, Admiralty and Central. However, across the harbour and higher up on HK island, more damage was taken. Despite this, Hong Kong did an excellent job of clearing the roads and removing debris, allowing all to resume to normal merely 1 day later. If you have any further questions whatsoever, please feel free to contact us at anytime. Wishing you a lovely upcoming Christmas!

    how long is the walk from the hotel to the MTR?
    We are located right above Admiralty MTR Station with a direct entrance from Pacific Place shopping mall. From the station it’s approximately a five-minute journey upwards through Pacific Place to The Upper House by foot, lift and escalator.     Hello, Options for getting from airport to hotel? Thanks in advance
    Taxi direct from airport is about 350hkd or you could get airport express and then taxi which would cost around 150hkd
