hotel is near a housing estate just across the road. Many eateries, market, shopping center with Park n Shop , 759 if you are looking for a true local experience. Hotel staff are friendly especially Ricky and Wilson. They provide scheduled drop off and pick from Kwai Hinh and Tsuen Wan. I will be back again in April. Room is small and no wardrobe.

Stayed here in the week of CNY for Jan 2023. Room was clean. I must commend the staff for being attentive and super friendly, especially when we had to call for extra amenities. Also, I would like to commend Wilson whom was at concierge as he helped us with our baggage when we were leaving. Downside of the stay: 1) Standard room was really small (Note - really small, not enough space to put luggage) 2) Location is not convenient from my view (i am the type that likes a MTR station to be within walking distance)

The entire experience was very pleasant. Most of thestaff were very friendly; from the housekeeping teams, the front desk staff, to the concierge. The front desk staff,Ada, offered me complimentary breakfast coupons so that I can enjoy it with my mum. Amber, another front desk staff also offered me a CNY gift which made the stay a memorable one. The only disappointment was the ventilation of the cafe at the 2nd floor. And the food and service were both below average. That aside let guests down, and affect hugely the overall I,pression towards the hotel management. I will not want to dine in the same safe again, although I will definitely come back and stay again.

All the staffs here are very friedly and nice. Quite convenient location near the Hong Kong international airport. A lots of shops nearby. It's very hard to find a hotel like it in this price. Highly recommended.

We stay for X’mas celebration with kids. The hotel is nice. The room is clean and tidy. Fast check in service. The staff are nice. Staff (Amber) is helpful. The hotel have restaurant, gym room. Gym room is 24 hrs open. The restaurant provide breakfast, lunch, bbq buffets.

Great value of money! The room is of the size that you can accept for the price. But it is quiet and has everything you would need, even equipped with an air purifier and a phone stand on the small table (excellent attention to detail). Reception staff Amber was super friendly and helpful, explained in detail what I need to do in compliance with the COVID policy. Plus, I got a gingerbread man for Christmas eve. Definitely would come back again!
