Spent two nights in room 923 and found the room and service to be on par with other Ritz Carlton hotels I have has the pleasure of staying at, in fact this was even better than the other Ritz hotels I have frequented . I will start by saying that check-in was prompt, friendly and informative. The room overlooked the Egyptian Museum and Tahrir square and was both large and well appointed. The bath room had tub, shower and two sinks and was large and well supplied. The AC worked flawlessly which I have found is not always the case in Egyptian hotels, even 5 star hotels. We did not hear any outside noise during our stay and the blackout curtains worked perfectly. Breakfast was the best we had during our three week plus stay in Egypt. The location is literally steps from the Egyptian Museum and if you want to dine outside the hotel their is at least one very nice restaurant within easy walking distance. We did not use the large pool but can say the gym on the second floor is large, cool and offers a wide variety of up-to-date equipment. The lobby is of the grand style and in addition to shops and and ATM machine is also home to a bank, a plus when you need change which we always did. The staff were uniformly helpful. In conclusion I recommend this hotel and personally plan to return before leaving Egypt in about ten days..

I had my wedding in nile ritz carlton! I had a wonderful experience! Our event organizer was ms. Georgette ( very professional and sooo passionate), our amazing chefs ( specially from turkey) the head chef and chef hamdo did a great wonderful job with our buffet and set menus. Mr. Simon helped us have a great pre wedding lunched and dinner at the hotel. Great cocktails and yummy food at the main italian restaurant. Thank you sooo much for goving us such a beautiful experience. Great team work and hospitality at its best. Thanks, Farah el sadat

The view from the Nile view rooms is absolutely spectacular, especially at night. A very friendly welcome at reception, with good English spoken, and a very pleasant and clean room. Food was good (shish tawook for dinner, breakfast buffet), tasty and well-presented, if not anything spectacular. A very good negroni in the bar on the second floor with a very personable waiter (Karim, I think). I was impressed by the hotel's Covid-safe measures: very clean, staff wearing masks (correctly, unlike many hotels), sanitiser freely available, and the breakfast buffet was served by staff rather than self-service. In fact it was impossible for guests to pick up the buffet spoons and tongs etc as the serving stations have perspex screens separating guest from food, which is the best solution I've seen yet to the 'Covid and buffet' problem. The Nile view rooms can be noisy from the road and the river traffic, so bring some earplugs; but that is part of the atmosphere. If you're a Bonvoy member and you're given €50 hotel credit, be advised this applies to food but not alcohol.

The hotel is very well located and quite spacious. It is a little dated and service is good. I found the staff helpful and polite and over the week it was quite a good experience. Breakfast was very nice and room service was delivered in good time.
