Not recommended at all We were participating in an event on 30 Mars , on entering the main hall we found the WCs are closed using a barrier with a board telling you to go to the WCs in the food court Needless to say that it was a neglected area , poorly - served and not to tell you about level of cleanness All of this because most of the participants were not foreigners Very ugly and lowly approach

Let me say this is the only Cairo hotel I have ever stayed in. If I were to stay in Cairo again I would stay on Zimilak island due to cleanliness and noise level everywhere else. Our room was purchased on Expedia for a very low price. Upon checking (took less than one minute) we went to our Nile view king bedroom (no breakfast included). Our room was on 3150– a Nile view king room. We went there immediately and our luggage was brought to our room promptly. The bellman showed us around the room and pointed out things from our view. He was very kind and offered to help arrange tours or boat rides for the following day. We had pre-booked a guide (if you need a recommendation let me know ours was AWESOME!!!!!!). The room itself was spacious. This was during Carona and there was a sign on the door saying this room was sanatized. Sanatizer and wipes were available on the desk. The view was INCREDIBLE!!!!! I think it was a smoking room, but it didn’t smell bad—we think it smelled a little like tabaco from a cigar which we liked. There was a plate of 4 fruits left on a plate for us. The pillows were a nice down and the bed was comfy soft. The AC was pumping and the room was cool. The carpets were WELL dated as were some bathroom fixtures. Now one thing that was a challenge was getting into and out of the tub-shower. I’m 5ft 1in tall and Physically fit enough to do sports but I was not able to climb into and out of the shower with out using the “handicap” bar because it was so high (almost to my waist to climb into and out of). We got in to the hotel late (around 8PM) and by 9 we were ready for dinner, so we went downstairs to eat in the hotel (for convenience). There was a view restaurant with a varied menus from sandwiches to pizza to fish and chips ect. It was ground level on the Nile and a beautiful view indoors or out. We paid about $35 for 2 meals and a drink with a shared dessert. It was adequate food. I was not used to the bomb sniffing dogs and what not, again first time in Cairo. Inside the hotel there was a Movies and mall. They were shut down due to COVID but looked cool. Breakfast not included on our room booked with There was a great event rooms and areas for weddings ect. Really pretty. Everyone was kind to us as Americans. The hotel was decked out for Christmas and everyone wished us Merry Christmas.

The Hotel overall is average, the best thing that is really amazing for this hotel is the view. The room condition was average, somehow small & old. The breakfast is OK, neither good nor bad. One of the worst things I have faced is the parking slots, you should park in their parking and pay around 200 EGP per night or you won't find any slots around. Also, a thing that ruins my vacation is there is no Bidet "Shatafa" neither external.

The staff treated us poorly, the manager was making faces at us and the receptionist as well, they used information from our national ID and publicly disclosed it to mock our birthplace, they called us names, the supposed manager even raised his hand at my friend as if he was going to physically engage with us in a fight?? that is not acceptable and i have reported this to the authorities. Everything is recorded on their cameras date 23rd Feb at 3:45 PM Egypt time, this all started simply because we asked to speak to a manager because the receptionist was giving us attitude but obviously the manager was even worse, i would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Terrible staff terrible manager they used our ID residence to literally call us "low class" they were mocking us (making faces as if they're copying us) front desk operator hanging up on us, they keep calling every two minutes and knocking on our door asking us for the checkout money???? very dirty room and furniture, tv, mini bar were not working, bathroom was disgusting. no way you can complain cause the manager himself is treating us really badly. would not ever recommend.
