Stayed 2 nights, 14-16 Feb 2020. Staff at check-in counter on 14 Feb late morning was very nice, explained all details and gave a surprise snacks. We was given a corner room which was very quiet and privacy on the 10th floor. Room was super clean and nice,, with daily clean. Had a chance to get welcome drinks (beer) on the bar, amazing view of Namsan tower. I wish I could have a chance to sit outside (too cold during winter). Overall, we had a great stay. Will definitely come back.

This hotel is located in the tourist shopping area. Very convenient as it is close to the train station as well. It also a few meters walk to the post office in case you go over your baggage allowance and need to send some stuff home. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room has a decent size and has a comfortable bed. The only thing I was not impressed with is that the wifi is weak in my room and I get disconnected most of the time (my room was at the 17th floor). The speed though when I am downstairs is amazingly fast. Overall I am happy with my stay.

I stayed for 2 nights and it was awesome. The room was clean and really tidy when we entered, and the staff were very prompt when we wanted to get 2 more pillows. My wife and I went to the sauna twice and it was awesome. The hot pool is open air and being able to soak in the hot bath during winter was great. The hotel is located near one end of Myeongdong and only 3 mins walk away, just across the road. There were a number of restaurants at this end of Myeongdong street and it was really convenient having lunch and dinner. There are convenience stores just beside the hotel (1 min walk) and it made for getting a snack really easily.

I stayed a total of about 7 nights in Ibis Styles. The main reason for choosing is the location which is super near Myeong Dong without an expensive price tag. Good for female shoppers! You can take the airport bus which is around 30 to 45 minutes and alight outside Sejong hotel. It is around 10 minutes walk. Some may say it is 5 minutes but keep in mind when you have a huge suitcase and crossing a huge road meant at least 10 minutes. I wouldn't recommend taking subway cause the nearest exit towards hotel only comes with stairs yeah. So be prepared!
The room is not very big so do not have a high expectation! It is reasonable for 2 travellers. However, the bathroom is really a bit weird as it is transparent. It might be awkward for friends unless you are very familiar with each other. There is a wet and dry area but there is no place for hanging your clothes in the wet area so you will have to come out to the dry area which is transparent! Otherwise, the room is reasonably cheap for this location. It also has its own mini sauna/onsen which overlooks N Seoul Tower! :) I loved it but it is really very small... can only fit around 5 people at one point of time.
Nonetheless I still enjoyed my stay and I think it is value for money given the 1) location 2) room size 3) some perks like onsen. Oh yah.. they also allowed me to keep my luggage while I spent a day in Busan. :)

Stayed here for one night, granted early check in due to Platinum status.
I booked two rooms however only one room is given the welcome drink voucher while the other is not given. Usually at other accor hotels they will give the welcome drink for the second room too. But not a loss as the welcome drink is rather mediocre.
Room is compact but functional, it is clean.
Toothbrush are provided as well in case you need to know. Increasingly more and more hotels are skipping the toothbrush in the name of sustainability.
The breakfast is very good for an Ibis Styles. It is at the highest floor and a very cosy restaurant. Food options is good and we enjoyed it.
This hotel is about 5mins stroll to the Myeongdong shopping street right across, and is a short walk from the metro Line 4. If you are taking the Purple bus to Alpensia,this is also a good base as the bus pick up and drop off is really close by.

The hotel is amazing. The kind receptionist Elena, helped me with an early check in and can speak fluent English. She is very nice and helpful. The room is amazing, medium size perfect for solo traveller like me. The breakfast is delicious, has many non beef options (eg. Eggs, pancakes, potato wedges, croissant, salmon, miso soup, rice, porridge, coffee, juice etc).. So for Muslim traveller like me, dont worry, u'll be well fed! The location is abt 3mins walk from Myeongdong station exit10 (no lift at this exit, steep stairs, elevator is another exit but not too far off) and abt 12mins walk from Eulji-ro Il Ga (1) which is connected to many places i went to (city hall, ewha etc) . The hotel overlooks the namsan tower, but unfortunately the rooftop cafe is closed until March23 due to the cold weather. The sauna is closed too. Overall, i love my stay here, perfect for a solo traveller and really appreciate the kind staff. Thanks ibis!

All the reception staff are very friendly, pleasant and helpful. Joy helped to check my family in though we were two hours earlier than the usual check in time. Our rooms, double and twin, were alright for two people, however, the bathroom was too small and only has one hook for clothes and towel. There was not many toiletries provided except hand soap, bath gel and shampoo. Overall, good and prompt service. Location is quite convenient, close to restaurants and about ten minutes away from the night market.

My friend and I stayed at Ibis Style in Myungdong for 3 nights and I really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is close to the subway station and downtown Myeongdong. Many restaurants, cafes, shopping malls, Seoul Tower and Namdaemun Market are nearby. Everything was really great, and it couldn’t be better.
When my friend and I arrived at the hotel, the hotel manager, Mr. Mook, and his team members greeted us with a smile. This made us feel welcomed and valued. The staff were really friendly and approachable. Always willing to help and tried to go the extra mile for us.
During our stay, we made various requests such as air purifiers, tax return enquiries, and using a meeting room. The hotel staff were attentive and very helpful. I think that made Ibis Style very special!
The hotel room was great for two people, and the beds and pillows were very soft and comfortable. We travelled around the world and stayed at many hotels, but Ibis style at Myungdong was a very great experience because it was as comfortable as my home, and actually, it's a good value for money as well. I would definitely like to stay again next time. Highly recommended. Thank you.

The beds are nice and the room still feels cool when the air conditioning is adjusted to a certain high temperature. The bathroom is easy to operate and the closet space is wide and spacey. The room entirely is comfortable.

Lovely hotel and very good value. Centrally located within 2 mins walk of Myeongdong railway station. The reception staff are super helpful. The rooms was small however it suited us as we were out exploring all day. There is a washer and dryer, which is free of charge to use. This really came in handy. There is a convenience store located right next door. It has signs everywhere staying it’s open 24 hours however it was usually closed by 10:30pm until 7:30am. Despite this, it was really useful.

you can try to deal with hotel if hotel allow u to keep all u luggage if you are stay back same hotel without doubt. i think it should not big problem if u stay back same hotel. hope it help.
If you have a lot of luggage between you, and at that time of night, the least hassle (but most expensive- an investment) is one of the airport limo vans (they will find you!)- for eight people and luggage you will need two. Just make sure they drop you at the Ibis Styles Ambassador Myeondong and not the Ibis Ambassador Myeondong. Different hotels.
There are more places to choose from in the Seoul area.
