It was pleasant enough but what it lacked was character , something special . As a hotel it was fine usual clean rooms with freebies , so for a good nights sleep it's fine , and that's all you need , pity though.

We stayed for 2 nights because it's near the World Cup museum where Big Bang had a concert. The room is big but old. One of the curtain in our room even has a hole on it. The staff is nice. They helped us to receive the concert tickets before we arrived. The pillow was not comfortable as well as the bed. The hotel is close to the bus station.

This is a hotel with rooms that are comfortable, well maintained. The breakfast buffet is ok. The only issue is that the staff knows limited English, many instructions in the room are in local language.

More "western" than a lot of hotels I had a chance to stay in during my visits to Seoul. Has decent breakfast (decently "continental") and the rooms are comfortable and clean. Wi-fi was not that great but it was good enough. The staff speak decent English and it DOES offer laundry services - so there really is not reason to complain overall. The hotel was chosen based on its distance from Kintex (its a 20-30 min taxi ride in the morning) as it was a nice compromise between the distance to Kintex and Seoul center.

My room was fair with a bed like concrete, I had to use blankets for padding! One colleague had some of her belongings accidentally thrown away! The language barrier is huge, with the majority of staff having a couldn't care attitude. I was grateful for one young man who tried very hard with me! Their are no onsite laundry facilities and the sauna is men only. The breakfast buffet is to be only attempted if you get a free deal! I was provided with this hotel but it is not in a convenient location for those wishing to visit the Seoul tourist areas

I have stayed at this hotel many times . It is convenient and rooms are comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is goo and room rate is good value If small hotel suites you and you don't need much amnesties then this is s good choice. Plenty of restaurants in the area Great BBQ restaurant directly across the street

Spent 4 nights at the hotel - a weekend and 2 nights on a business trip. Staff barely speaks English. Room service closed after 8 pm. Safe deposit box operates with a pre-set code that is communicated by the front desk. Room very cold upon arrival and AC command board only in Korean so not very user friendly to understand how to turn the heating on. The corridor is not heated so the temperature in late November is very low between the elevator and guest rooms. Overall, very average.

Stayed 5 nights , room was quiet, good view of the river and the hotel is handy to subway line 9. The breakfast was not included in the room rate and was a little poor for 11,000 each, admittedly the only time we bothered was on the first day and it was after 9.39am Some staff have little English, which to be fair matches my poor Korean, so made for challenging time.

To summarize my impressions: an o.k. hotel for a business traveller, not more, not less. Granted, I was lucky and got a very nice room on 12th floor with a nice view over Seoul and the river, amenities, free and quick WiFi, but I also have to critisize a few points: staff is mostly attentive if they are not playing on their mobile phones. I entered the lobby several times and none of the staff behind the reception even noticed that I had entered and gone directly to the elevators. Another issue is that most staff don't have sufficient command of the English language which, in my opinion, is imperative to run an international business hotel. The third issue was the breakfast buffet. I stayed there for five days and it was the same-same every single day, greasy little sausages, runny scrambled eggs, slices of ham swimming in some grease, and a really tasteless porridge. I would like to have seen at least some change but unfortunately haven't. Finally, one evening I came to the hotel late and had to notice that room service forgot to tidy it. Upon leaving to go to have dinner I mentioned this fact to the reception staff and when I came back they had replenished the little shampoo and shower gel bottles in the mean time (for which I never asked for) but the room was still not made...

You wont be disappointed with this hotel. The staff is the best in the business and amazing. Walking distance to the subway and some very good restaurants. The view of the Han Gang River is very pretty. There are walking/jogging and biking trails right outside the hotel. the only thing that could be improved on is the beds. A little too hard for me but after a long day of site seeing it could be a bed of nails.
