Detailed Reviews
Obviously, I don't expect much from a capsule. But one would expect just a place to sleep and clean towels provided.
I am almost sure this place does NOT clean the bed sheets because I found garbage on the side of the bed. Had they switched to new bed sheets, one would easily see it. What's worse was their towel. The face towel was fine but the body towel was quite disgusting but I didn't realize it until after I showered. There were brown and red stains on it as well as a hole. I'm not sure why they think it's okay to give that to their guests even if this place was so cheap. The shower stall was dirty, almost no shampoo even though I showered at 5pm and they finished cleaning at 3pm or something and the stall I went to was not wet meaning no one showered there before I did. The extra towels weren't refilled either. Pretty much, if you expect just a place to sleep (maybe bad sleep) then it is fine considering the price. But bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste and towels too.
I know it was a cheap deal, but surely enough, no one would mind paying a few extra bucks if they needed it for better and thorough cleaning. Even pre-covid times, this should be the norm. But during covid period? Why would you not clean the place? The guy seemed nice but no communication when I needed him in the morning of check out because no one was there and no one picked up for over 10 minutes.

This was bad only based on my experience. Perhaps you may have a different one from mine.

Overall the staff and facilities is okay, but the security and privacy is really bad. The hostel main door is not locked. Hostel staff told me the main gate password when I checked in and the check in note he gave me says the main gate will closed and automatically locked after 11pm. But when I returned to the hostel on 24/11 at around 11:30pm the main gate was not locked. Anyone can go inside the hostel and take the lift to any floor and snicked in. No good for solo traveler especially girls.

Beds comfy. Front desk looks unkempt. Check in at 4pm. If you arrive early just drop off luggage near front desk where a security camera is watching. Toilet is ok. Shower rooms have liquid soap and shampoo with hot water

Not the cleanest or most upmarket, for sure, but simple, comfortable and easy to check in and out. Beds were comfortable, our fellow “coffin-mates” were quiet, and we slept well.
Location description could have been a bit better. If not for Naver maps we might have struggled to find it.

Had a little bit of trouble initially regarding the locker and cooling of the pod but manager Jeong was helpful and addressed the concerns promptly. Location wise it is perfect for sight seeing and getting around the town. The only con is there is an active lack of man power for managing the front desk, the staff when you interact with them are friendly and accomodating.

If you are taller than 5.5ft then forget it because the capsules are packed in so close together not easy to get past or in or out.
The floor in the room was filthy. So was the curtain separating the area.
The toilet was outside the room in the cold fire escape.
The showers were in the basement.
Booked three nights but left after the second night as it was so cold (no heating and snowing outside) and horrible.

The hotel localization is good, it’ll be great if the pods be a little bit spacious. Otherwise everything is good: Clean, Organized. If you came by night they will let you a sheet in the door with all instructions.
Mr Moon is an excellent-pro guests manager and so helpful.
