My wife and I were here for 3 nights, meeting the waiting driver at ROR Airport and arriving at this hotel at 3:30PM. A nice receptionist made the check in quick and easy, filling out a short form, verifying my credit card, collecting the key and following the driver down the 1st floor hallway. Room #2103 had wood patterned tile and was the perfect size for its comfortable king, long shelf-desk unit with Keurig coffee machine, water, refer, large TV(clear BBC, CNN and ~50 more channels), secure room wifi and a quiet wall AC. A spacious bathroom included a tile shower, large vanity and heated Japanese toilet. A sliding door opened to a concrete patio with a table and 2 chairs and view to the parking lot. The 6AM breakfast buffet is complete and run by 2 lovely cooks who prepare/serve oatmeal and omelets to your preference. Starting at 11:30AM, lunch and dinner is available at the popular adjoining Canoe House Restaurant where we enjoyed 2 excellent meals. I used the small 4 station gym and we both swam in the clean long narrow pool. We walked 220m west to the large Surangel’s Supermarket and rented a car($65 with insurance) to circle Babeldaob island and tour Koror and Malakal Islands We were very pleased with this friendly, quiet hotel which included airport transfers($66 RT), nice breakfast, good restaurant and 24 hour reception.

We stayed here right before and following our liveaboard dive trip in Palau. The hotel is a gorgeous little boutique place with obviously updated rooms and excellent amenities.
the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The beds are just right. The bathrooms are excellent with nice showers and Japanese toilets.
The AC worked great and they provide complementary water in glass bottles to reduce waste. Keurig coffee makers in each room as well as a mini fridge.
Staff were excellent - we were picked up at the airport by a friendly and helpful member of staff who ensured we arrived safely.
We were able to arrange the return transfer for our 3am flight for the journey home with no issues.
The pool and acticity area are clean and pleasant with nice sunloungers and a hammock. There are also several lawn sized games on site for your entertainment. The hotel is associated with the The Canoe House and this makes drinks and some food very convenient.
Great location and worth a visit.

A very nice hotel located in the center of Koror. Walking distance to stores, restaurants, etc. The property is clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and accomodating, and the location is excellent. They have parking if you have your own car, or they can arrange a rental car or shuttle service for you. There is also a restaurant attached to the hotel that has good food and a full bar, with hours that are better than many others. Some restaurants in Palau close between lunch and dinner, but this restaurant is open all day. Not a resort, but the location and service make it a very nice place to stay.

I highly recommend this hotel. It has up to date layout and design, with extremely helpful front desk personnel. The guest room is plenty large and has all features one could expect including comfortable bet, quiet and efficient AC, power outlets and usb charging. Good size TV with multiple international channels, toilet room has interesting architectural features and is large enough. The garden in the back of the hotel has a pool and some shaded areas that Include hammocks and a massage table. A driver is available 24/7 to get you anywhere nearby at no cost. A restaurant is attached to the front and is part of the hotel. They have a bar and music. Breakfast is included and has a very generous choice of items. Very enjoyable stay altogether.

When I arrived in Palau my cell phone didn't work. I'm glad I downloaded Google Maps before I arrived in Palau so I could get around in my rental car. I stayed at Palau Central Hotel for my birthday week.
Palau Central Hotel staff helped me book tours on the island. The hotel had tour advertisements in the lobby and I felt this was helpful. A Tropical Storm was near Palau and brought alot of rain and high winds.
The staff let me know my tours were canceled because the tour POC contacted the hotel to inform them. Palau Central Hotel staff helped me find other things to do on the island.
The morning of my birthday, I had a sign taped to my door saying "Happy Birthday Love Palau Central Hotel." I thought this was so cute. I went downstairs for Hotel breakfast. While eating breakfast, Palau Central Hotel staff brought out a cake and sang Happy Birthday to me. All the guest at breakfast joined in as well. It was really cute and I brew out the candle and made a wish.
I loved the light switches on the headboard in my room. This was so convenient once I got in the bed to turn out the lights and go to sleep.
Next time I'm in Palau, I will definitely stay at the Palau Central Hotel.

We were very happy with our stay at the Palau Central Hotel. We came to Palau to snorkel for a week. The room, bed, shower and A/C were very good. They have a safe in the room. There is a refrigerator in the room. The breakfasts were excellent. They have eggs cooked to order. We ate most of our dinners at the Canoe House Restaurant and bar which is attached to the front of the Hotel. This was very convient after a day of snorkeling or diving. They have excellent Burgers and Fish and chips. The staff is excellent. We took the hotels round trip transfers from the airport ($66 for 2)...highly recommended.

Palau Central is the BEST! The pool is refreshing and relaxing. The views from the pool deck or the Rock Island view rooms are more than great. Rooms are very comfortable and the beds are heavenly. In suite Keurig's and refrigerators were a big plus. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The included full breakfast was delicious. After a full day of diving or sightseeing the Canoe House Pub Restaurant is a fun evening spot. Palau Central also has free transportation to other sights or restaurants, plus we could also rent a car directly from the hotel. You couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Palau. Truly a 5 star experience. Can't wait to return!!

Having spent several weeks staying here, the Palau Central Hotel is the ONLY place that should be where everyone stays. The owners, staff, and locals make you feel like one of the family from the moment you walk in the hotel, to the daily free amenities, the restaurant, and bar. From the smiling faces at check in, who take the time to know each person by name, to the fantastic chefs and bar tenders who know what you want the minute you walk in the door, from day 1 it was like nothing was for want. Need a dive tour, scuba lessons, or boat trip around the Rock Islands, done, The hotel staff had it all , and can arrange it for you and your party within minutes. The hotels beautiful scenery from the meticulously clean rooms daily, to free wireless 24 /7 puts this right at a 5 star vacation level. Can not wait to return, Thanks to all the folks who go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. Looking forward to seeing all again soon. Thank you.

Came here whilst working with the hospital. Staff are extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast is simple but the staff are very accommodating when it comes to egg requests! They were kind enough to let me work in the dining area when I got tired of being in my room. Coffee is continuous!

I cannot say enough great things about Palau Central Hotel. Top notch service especially from Irene who made all of our activity bookings via email ahead of our arrival (diving, snorkeling, kayaking, fishing) as well as restaurant reservations. She anticipated our needs before we even knew we had them. A Four Seasons could not match this level of personal service!
I also had two excellent massages at their spa next door. The massage therapists are trained in the Philippines, and the prices are a fraction of what you would pay in the US, and the massage is a lot better than what you would get at a high end resort.
We split our time between Palau Central and their sister property Palau Carolines. I highly recommend staying at both for two different experiences. They are both excellent.
