I stood in this nice small hotel for 5 nights in January. It is located in the city center of Koror. The service was really exceptional. The rooms are spacious, very clean and well equipped. I will definitely come back when I am on my next Business Trip to lovely Palau. Recommendation for breakfast: Coffee Berry on opposite side of Main Road (free Wifi). Lunch and Dinner: Taj (walking distance, great Indian food) and Kramer's Café (10 min. by Taxi, fresh and delicious food (try the sashimi and fish dishes), good beer, nice and relaxed atmosphere - my favourite on Palau)

The reason my wife and I booked at Paradise hotel was that we wanted to be close to the restaraunts and we didn't want to spend a lot of money on resorts that got so-so ratings.
We stayed here three days and the hotel was nice, clean and the staff was very friendly. The room we stayed in was on the fourth floor and, though there was a balcony, it was a balcony that everyone walked on to get to their rooms, thus we had people walking past our room late at night. Other than that it's what you can expect from a hotel.

The food in palau is no good. So, if you're only booking this place to be close to restaraunts in town, defineteley reconsider.

I read the Japanese reviews here and they sounded good so I chose this hotel. And it was every bit as good as I expected, even better! The rooms are nothing fancy but they are certainly clean and spacious. The front desk ladies were extremely friendly as well.

We arrived in the middle of the night, and when I got up the next morning I was pleasantly suprised to find that from the window I could see a good chunk of the ocean. And they said nothing about an ocean view when I made the reservations! I recommend the rooms facing away from the main street, then from almost any room you'll get an ocean view.

Plenty of nice hot water in the showers, good location with WT Center right next door....everything was very satisfactory. When I go back to Palau I'll certainly stay with them again.

We stayed here for a week in May 2015 do go scuba diving with NECO marine. It is a basic hotel, very clean, good AC, and centrally located in Koror. You can walk to all the good restaurants and shops in the area, and NECO provides a shuttle service to their dive center and back each day.

In November I went for my 4th diving trip to Palau. Until now, I had always stayed at the top resorts in Palau. This time my dive shop suggested me to try Paradise Hotel.
I was a little skeptical because I had never heard of Paradise.
I looked it up on paradisepalau.com and Trip Advisor and was comforted to see all the positive reviews.

I was a little apprehensive at first, being my first time in an economical hotel.
I stayed in an ocean view room with kitchenette as the deluxe room I wanted was previously booked. To my surprise, the room was very spacious, surpassed the room amenities I expected, and was extremely, extremely clean.
My room even had cookies and an evening gown! The hotel just opened in January so everything is very new and clean.

The location is prime as every restaurant, coffee shop, and shopping center is within five minutes walk.
The front desk ladies were very courteous and friendly and made me feel very welcomed during my stay. I once called front desk to my room to assist me with the wifi access point on my portable and she entered my room after removing her sandals.
I have never experienced that kind of care and consideration for a guest in all my travels!

The room rates are a third of the rates I was used to paying at the top resorts and the room itself and amenities are comparable if not better. With all the taxi fares and room costs I saved, I did two extra dives and splurged myself at the eateries. The only drawback I can think of is that the hotel does not have a swimming pool, but who needs a pool when you are surrounded by the most beautiful ocean in the world!

I normally just browse reviews, but this is my first time writing one.
I just had to let my fellow travellers know of this great deal. I will be back again next year. Paradise Hotel is a place for those in the know!

I just spent a night in this hotel before taking an early morning flight back to Tokyo. They upgraded me to the deluxe tripple room on 4FL without extra charge and let me check in one hour earlier than the usual check-in time.

The room was clean and comfy with kitchenette and a big fridge inside which would be great for a long-stay user although we didn't use it.

There is no elevator but the staff seemed to check their surveillance cameras all the time becuase someone would come to help me with my luggage anytime I started to drag my luggage up and down the stairs.

Our room was a corner room facing both main and back streets so I could see that it could be noisy for the room facing the main street even at night. From the kitchenette, I could see the ocean in afar which was a plus.

The best thing about this hotel is the hospitality of all the staff. Location and cleanliness are also unbeatable. Would love to come to this hotel again when in Palau!!

The Palau Paradise is one floor up above shops. It is well located for the supermarket and there is free wifi in the fast food shop downstairs.

My room was very well furnished and clean. It is obviously aimed at Korean's as most of the instructions were in Korean and after I checked in and went for a walk, I came back and they had changed the utensils to knife/fork etc and the instructions were in English.

The staff were excellent and extremely helpful.

I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed for 5 days in March and when I made the reservation 11 months in advance had requested a quiet room away from the street. Nevertheless, when we checked in we were told that they were full and the only room available faced the street. We were given ear plugs, never a good sign. The traffic never quieted. In addition, the beds were very hard. So between the hard beds and the noise, we did not sleep well at all. On the plus side the staff was very nice and the rooms were spotless. We tried the purchase wifi but it did not work with apple products! I would not stay again.

We didn´t stay at the hotel but when walking by it we decided to go and have a look. From all what we´ve seen in Palau, this is definitely the best place. Amazing location, relaxing atmosphere, beautifully constructed and really nice pool and gardens where you can chill out after a day out at the sea. We had some drinks at the bar and bought some presents at the jewellery shop. It is great to see that Koror has some amazing places such as this one.

initially disappointed as I had expected a self-contained apartment where we could cook ourselves, these are serviced apartments with only coffee/tea making facilities. The local restaurants and eateries are wonderful, very affordable and very easy to access so we soon came to love eating out rather than cooking for ourselves (we bought breakfast cereal at the supermarket and lunch was provided by Sams Dive Tours). Palau Paradise provides very clean facilities within a secure building which has staff on site. Lovely clean room & bathroom, fridge for drinks, can be serviced daily if you choose, aircon worked beautifully. spent 8 nights at Palau Paradise and came to appreciate the fantastic location (close to shops & supermarket, restaurants, coffee shop, banks). right in the centre of town you have everything you need within a very short walk - catch a cab if its not close enough - they come very quickly. We loved our time in Palau and would return to Palau Paradise Hotel again if we were lucky enough to return.

Koror, Palau
Hello Linda R, Warm Greetings from Palau Paradise Hotel. Thank you for taking the time to post an enquiry directed to us. The standard voltage in Palau is 110V. The water is warm near the surface and slightly colder near the bottom of the lake. Due to the tropical weather in Palau, it never gets too cold. Regarding tour operators, it really is a matter of personal preference. I highly recommend our parters in Sam's Tours, Palau Dive Adventures, and Impac Tours in no particular order. They provide professional excursions and prioritize safety. They rank at the top of TripAdvisor ratings for a reason =) You can enjoy snorkeling at the many awe-inspiring snorkel sites without being scuba certified. Additionally, there are introductory diving tours offered by the dive shops which offer a glimpse into the magnificient marine biodiversity which Palau's oceans have in store. Please do not hesitate to address any additional inquiries or concerns you may have. Thank you for your interest in Paradise Hotel. We look forward to serving you in the near future! Sincerely Yours, Jee

Hello Mr. Andrew, Warm Greetings from Palau Paradise Hotel! First of all, I would like to extend my appreciation for choosing Paradise Hotel as your accommodation of choice. Taxi, rental car, and airport shuttle services are viable options of transportation from the airport. Taxi service is not run by meter in Palau. Therefore, costs are heavily dependent on pump prices at the time and what the taxi operator will charge for his/her services. Jellyfish Lake, the Rock Islands, and Milky Way are three of the must experience wonders of Palau! On the 15th, I would suggest getting a rental car and touring the Big Island of Babeldoab. On the way, you could visit Ngardmau Waterfalls, the Capitol building of Palau, the Stone Monoliths, as well as taking priceless pictures at all the scenic backdrops the Big Island has in store for you. My staff and I are available round the clock to assist you with anything you may need that will help facilitate your vacation into an unforgettable experience! Thank you for your interest in Paradise Hotel. We look forward in welcoming you to your home here in Palau! Sincerely Yours, Jee
