We have just enjoyed a wonderful week at this superb hotel. Thank you to all the staff, particularly Anil and Shams (not sure of their proper job titles - sorry!!) but friendly service at the 'front of house' at all times. This even included helpful reminders that we may have left wallets / purses / keys etc in taxis which was very useful! The complimentary hotel minibus service to main places of interest such as the Grand Mosque was also appreciated. We enjoyed delicious buffet breakfasts and dinners and the staff were very understanding about my wife's gluten allergy so she felt 100 per cent confident in what she was eating at all times. The pool area was super-clean and a wonderful environment for a few days spent recharging and relaxing. If you're a beach aficionado, the beach isn't exactly a stunner but there's a pleasant enough stretch of sand to relax on and we certainly enjoyed some time chilling there. It's directly adjacent to the pool area so couldn't be more convenient. Lots to do in the area as well. So much going on at Yas Island - Ferrari World; a water park; plenty of restaurants etc – and a shopping mall right next door to the hotel too (perhaps not one of the more glamorous ones but useful nonetheless.) Oh yes, the room was super too and kept very clean (with fab towel art!!) by Krishna and I assume others!! Visited the Lovely and Massive hotel in mid June located at a central place with accessibility of Al Raha shopping mall directly from hotel lobby and main road just next to it making it easier to catch up with appointments and places you would like to visit in Abudhabi! On the contrary , would not need to go out often as the hotel offers comfort ,homely luxurious chill options!! upon arrival we definitely knew we were going to have a beautiful stay because of the warm reception of an amazing front desk team! Nouf and Sara were soo sweet they made us feel at home instantly ! Very Proffessional,and helpful gave us a fast check in to a beautiful upgraded seaview room we were thrilled!A big thank you for the great service and we kept on happily extending our stay with Glenn and Ruth who were very reliable and friendly had us not wanting to leave because of their Charisma and great service whenever we met at the lobby ..we enjoyed speaking french with Sara and not leaving without a good laugh and jokes from Nouf, Ruth,Glenn and the rest of the Team even upon check out!! We really were soo happy although sad to leave a place that became home and team that became family!! loved you guys and miss you alot definitely going to be back!! The conceirge Joseph soo helpful with luggage and car parking every other time we had to go out and greeted us with a warm smile he is really a great gentleman with a big heart to service!! Serville restaurant had a beautiful ambiance nice location could get a good view and view of the pool and for good reasons we didn't want missing out on breakfast because of the variety of nice selections on the Buffet the Wonderful service from the team who would always smile,talk to us and suggest for us the best selections !Janettte at the hostess desk welcomed us with a beautiful smile every morning! Sumi nice attitude and made us tasty omelette whilst singing and smiling and made sure we enjoyed and were happy thanks alot!aathar and Lovely were soo nice , super friendly and really good at their job kept checking up on us from time to time if we needed anything else! Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, bathrooms, and balconies, and the best chairs ever at the pool restaurant. But the staff… absolutely unbeatable! We experienced top notch service from every single person we encountered, especially by the pool/outdoor restaurant. Shubham, Upali, Shohil, and of course our nightly waiter, Anjan, went above and beyond every night to make us feel so special. We mentioned we were getting married, and they surprised us with a beautiful (and delicious!) chocolate mousse cake with a sweet message. It seems like every staff member gets genuine joy out of making their guests happy. We are so so grateful for the staff and wish we could stay longer! We will definitely be back!

We were overwhelmingly satisfied with our visit in La Piscine. The foods were elegantly prepared and the taste are top notch. What made our stay more worthful was the accomodating staff, we had UPALI as our server and he attended to all our needs satisfyingly. UPALI is an asset to this establishment.

Receptionist wasnt professional. Positioned upgrade, sea view, set up wrong expectations and didn’t meet them. We had a hard time to get a proper room. Superior rooms are not superior at all. Not cozy and honestly kind of old. Dining was horrible. Arabic restaurant was a scam serving finger sized kebabs , portion less then 100 g. Italian restaurant burnt wagyu burger. But the breakfast was amazing and coffee at the pool bar. If you are looking for a decent beach. Please save your time and go to fujeirah. Raha beach resort resembles a lake with smell and bugs. Got bites after my visit. First and last time

It was my second time . All my extended family have been their. I suggest Al Raha resort to anyone who wants to stay near to yas island because they have in house beach and their own shuttle. Unlike the yas island hotels which have common shuttle (sometimes not on time)and 1 beach for all the hotels. I would like to name Edwin for his polite and helpful nature Would rate 10/10 to Al raha

We’ve been staying at this hotel for a week. Very nice hotel and VERY friendly staff! They are all so polite and helpful and everyone is so respectful and nice to us - they treat us very well! We have just had Eslam helping us with our luggage - such a nice and talkative person :-) This hotel is definitely recommendable! Thanks for a great stay!

The hotel has big sized rooms, is very clean and the staff is friendly. We had all inclusive and it was certainly worth it. A lot of variations in breakfast, lunch and dinner, both international and Arabian cooking. The waiters by the pool also made the experience very good.
