The visit was a surprise for my birthday planned by my son , it was an amazing experience at the Ritz Carlton . The hotel is a very nicely done property but what made it special was the staff , Thank you Manish , Nirmal , Alister , Anil and Yohan > Yash at the front office was really helpful . Special compliments to Chef Saleh and his team at Mijana the food was awesome and the staff excellent there . We took our first holiday abroad with our seven month old and were naturally a little nervous about the hotel accommodating us, but we need not have been. The hotel staff were wonderful, providing us with a steamer, baby toiletries, plenty of bottled water and a high chair. The chefs liquidised any foods we wanted and even made special meals for our daughter. They have car seats too. It’s very easy to book an Uber to all the main attractions. We enjoyed The Louvre, aquarium, and malls. The hotel pool is fantastic and there are a great variety of restaurants. The steak restaurant was a particular favourite for us.

The hotel is gorgeous with amazing amenities, but by far, the best part was the professional staff. The staff in the Lounge, including Sonia, Jose, Nunie, Kavindu, and Johan really good great care of us and I’d recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Abu Dhabi whether for business or pleasure.

I want to give a shoutout to Irfan, who took care of us like a family member. All other staff members were also friendly and helpful. I don't remember their names, but one was perhaps Elliot at the front desk and the other was the guest relation girl. The bellman took care of our luggage in the most efficient manner. The only shortcoming was the lack of up-to-date electric outlets and more generally the confusing setup of light switches.

Relaxing break at the Ritz Carlton, check in was smooth and efficient, the guys around the pool specifically Rafiq,Anees and Sajid (hopefully I have got the names right) were attentive, polite and welcomed us as if old friends, We dined at LiJiang excellent food and service and had drinks and a snack at Sorso Bar, very expensive maybe that’s why it was so quiet? Great service from the pool bar staff. Disappointed with the Venetian village which from memory used to be quite busy, now it’s down to one restaurant, why not open a sports bar there or similar? We are still enjoying our stay and will probably come back, but take not Ritz Carlton Management, last time I reviewed I said I would Definitely be back, this time it’s probably.

Went for total relax, and this hotel delivered exactly that. Really can't fault it, facilities were excellent, staff were friendly and helpful. Stayed in a Venetian Suit, which was spacious and well equipped. Only slight negative is my wife is vegetarian, and only one of the 5 on-site restaurants offered a range vegetarian menu options. However we found the Punjab restaurant next to the hotel, which had both an extensive range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Thoroughly deserved 5 start rating.

Lovely hotel, perfect to stay for a couple of nights. Irfan was very helpful and kind as was the whole staff. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Pool was very good and location easy from airport if coming in late.

Just spent 10 days in a spacious club suite on the 6th floor with great views over the very large swimming pool and private beach area. The club lounge was without doubt the best we have had access to on our travels, panoramic views from the 7th floor, great food served throughout the day and alcoholic drinks available from 12pm to 10pm. Service everywhere was excellent, but particularly the club level team of Joseph, Nunie, Jose, Johan, Sonia, Chef Laila and the rest. The friendly, courteous and professional service they provided was second to none. The hotel also has well-regarded Asian and Steak restaurants and a very good Lebanese. Live music and cocktails in the atmospheric Sorso bar -well worth a visit. Very impressive hotel -will definitely return.
