I want to share my impressions of my vacation in Abu Dhabi. Not for the first time and ( God forbid ! not the last one) we rest at the St.Regis hotel on the Corniche. Great rooms, delicious breakfasts, the best in Abu Dhabi. Exemplary waiters everywhere. I would like to note Milan Pokhrel with excellent English, humor and attention to all guests, both small and large, who did everything to make our stay unforgettable. The cocktails from Milan were simply bombastic!! I highly recommend it . The guys here are modest, they refuse to be photographed, because really all the heroes! Many thanks to those who recruit such a golden staff!!

Fabulous hotel and wonderful staff. Our butler, Charlene was amazing! Buffet breakfast was incredible and the beach club was spectacular. Location was great. Helped us with desert safari booking and dinner recommendations. Highly recommend.

The St. Regis Corniche hotel in Abu Dhabi is a cut above the rest. The customer service from being greeted at the front door, to check-in, the butler service, housekeeping and in-room dining is amazing. The management there is also top-notch and super friendly, eager to help with any need. Additionally, the selection or restaurants, two pools, and private beach location makes this a hotel that you would never have to leave, unless you want to. I would like to give a special shout out to several in-room dining specialists who graciously accommodated me during my stay including Mahoraj, Aey, Shivani, Bhimsarg, Sangita, and Komal, to name a few. I’m sure I left a few names off but they all deserve praise for going the extra mile. I highly recommend this hotel!

Not a great experience at all. While the hotel interior looks quite classy, but it feels a bit old and somewhat worn out. And my room doesn't smell fresh, it smells quite musty. And it was very cold at 18 degrees celsius as the A/C doesn't have heating. While the management tried to help as much as they can and offered us upgrade and waiver for breakfast etc which I really appreciate, it was just not right to have an engineer late in the evening coming to your room with a ladder to fix A/C in the bathroom. This is not you would expect from a 5-star hotel with the St. Regis name. Also the business center has no computers or printers. It is more like a small conference room. Having said the above, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is quite good.

This hotel is superb. The service: so kind, genuine, and wanting you to feel special. I got an upgrade to a partial seaview room. The room was so beautifully decorated it was like being in an interior magazine. The breakfast was amazing. I had the half board - the included dinner buffet was great but a bit uninspiring for me (seafood night). Had dinner once but skipped the other night’s buffet, and chose to go to a restaurant instead. The pool and beach are just great. You’ll have the full sunset on their beach. Vishnu at the poolside management fixed a problem for me with style, turned me from an irritated customer to a very happy one. He solved a situation where I lost my nerves waiting for food (there had been two mistakes happening with my order and it took unacceptably long). As a Finn I of course was doing sauna and steamroom after the sunset. Excellent to wind down, do the sauna and then take a sauna break in the pool, and a poolside bar refreshment.…

We are just returning after staying 10 nights at this wonderful hotel. The service is impeccable and the hotel simply stunning. The Saturday brunch had some of the best dishes I have ever eaten. I would personally like to thank Victor at the beach bar, Naireshence in the St Regis bar and our butlers Abin and Akshay. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Prathmesh was incredibly hospitable. He has been able to create a long lasting impact, which I haven’t seen in many hotels.Really appreciate his customer service and positive attitude. One of the most fun afternoons I have had with visiting friends in Abu Dhabi. The food was abundant and delicious, the live music was delightful (we danced; who dances at a brunch?), and the service excellent. This is a beautiful hotel, with exceptional customer service. The rooms are elegant and comfortable with large en-suites. The view from our room was incredible. Breakfast is simply amazing with the largest buffet offering I have ever seen. If you can’t see it you can order it. All the staff were extremely attentive. We were in Abu Dhabi to celebrate my birthday and the balloons and cake in my room were a lovely touch. We ate in Catch that evening, huge thanks to Juliette, who made my birthday celebration extra special. The food was fabulous too. We were extremely well looked after at the beach and pool area. Big shout out to Vincent who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. Quite simply one of the best hotels I’ve been fortunate to be a guest in. We will be back.…
