Room size and quality was very good, considering this hotel was rated lower than others in the area. I stayed 3 weeks but was more than comfortable, and enjoyed the gym and pool facilities. Bar staff for the evening meals were great and reception was also helpful me with printing documents and other admin. Plenty to do nearby without being near the main city/downtown. Easy to get taxis or courtesy bus for local activities.

Was amazing service and lovely to staying with this property. Special thanks to mr.Nauzwan, mr.Mirz, miss.Laura from FOH and mr.Reny from HK who did beautiful design in our room. The room cleaning is below average. The rates are extremely expensive, and yet the quality is not up to the value charged to the customers. The toilet’s consumables are poor. The mattress/s looks old and damaged. 80% of the TV channel’s doesn’t work

Great hotel, it matches its price and the staff are very very kind. The also fulfilled my request i had that made me really happy. Sai kumar from house keeping was amazing. They saw that my girlfriend water bottle was empty and rushed to give her a new one.
