This is our second visit to the Crowne. It is a great hotel with fantastic facilities. The staff are exceptional and the suites are fabulous. Food and drink are very expensive if you are not on a package. I was there for work for a second time so eating and drinking out was not always an option. Shame on you Crowne for charging 30 Durham or 12 Australian dollars for ice in the room. Not everyone can work and drink in a restaurant. I was told the ice was not not free because too many people are drinking in their room. This is not surprising given the prices on site. I was unable to buy ice at the local shop. Getting food delivered was very easy using Deliveroo or Talabat.

I've stayed here twice now on business and I have been impressed by the staff there on every occasion, especially the concierge team. Binod K.C the team leader was extremely helpful, always greeted me by name and couldn't do enough for us. Tulasi was also very helpful and answered many questions, arranged taxis and booked excursions for me. I would certainly come again if the customer service stays as high a quality as it is now.

Stayed in the Crowne Plaza twice now with work, Both stays over 14 days. Was made to feel very comfortable and welcoming. It really was a home away from home. I would like to add a special thank you to Binod and Tulasi from the concierge desk who always remembered me by name with a warm welcoming smile, handled my hundreds of questions and request. Thank you you really made my stay extra special.

One of the best hotel in Yas Island with access to a beautiful private beach. Large the room with the beach view with a lovely terrace. Very interesting the food offer in the 3 restaurants. Extremely kind the staff (especially Ragab and Faad at the front desk).

Nice hotel, with good facilities. Have access to a private beach which is quite nice.. Staff is lovely and very helpful. Javeed who helped keep my room clean and tidy was very helpful, warm, courteous and friendly. My only qualm is with the breakfast menu. They serve the exact same breakfast everyday, barring some 2-3 dishes, which also rotate, so if you are staying longer than 2-3 days you would end up having the exact same menu. They should really ramp up their breakfast menu. My only saviour was their omlette chef, who prepared variety of omlettes every day, so a big thanks to him. Overall decent stay, but breakfast menu couoe be a spoiler for those with a long stay.
