I have been staying in W Hotel Abu Dhabi since two months with family. I have no words to say thank you for the great effort done by the NOMAN & KASUN from housekeeping team to keep our room in excellent condition due to which we really felt special and made our stay memorable. Thanks a lot for keeping the room clean and beautiful. I would like to convey my special gratitude to Mr. SURAJ from Garage restaurant who has really helped in serving excellent breakfast daily. This guy is really humble and amazing in guest relationships. My kid also enjoyed a lot with him during breakfast and indeed he is gonna miss Suraj bhaiya back in India. May god bless you brother. You have really been nice, humble and supportive during our stay. How can i forgot to mention the WIP Lounge team. Trust me guys, you will not found any better place than W executive lounge. This is the place for our daily dinner hangout. The members working here are very cooperative and supportive. Whether Nepali Basi bhai, Two sister (in photo), or the bar guys. Started with a happy welcome! An early check in with a well appointed room overlooking the race track and yacht dock was given. There was some very nice personalisation done in the room which was a pleasant surprise, wow moment as said in the industry. The manager Bitto Benny was super helpful knowing that we had an infant with us he went the extra mile to ensure her comfort. A big thanks for taking care. His team at the lobby was ever willing to help with a smile. Housekeeping services were impeccable and efficient, the breakfast spread and service was good too. The food in the restaurants and ordered through IRD was very sumptuous. To sum it up a great hotel to stay in Abu Dhabi. Super vibe , super service, super food, super location, and a brilliant team! We stayed for one night in the W in March 2023 and couldn’t fault our stay. We brought our dog with us and loved that there were facilities for him. Staff were very friendly, particularly the lifeguards and Ahmed Samih who made sure our stay was comfortable.

Amazing. A great restaurant. Nihal was the best server! We felt very well taken care of. We stayed at the w hotel and had this dinner on our last night. Food was great also! We had a great time. Highly recommend.

W Abu Dhabi is an excellent hotel located at a beautiful Yas Island. The restaurants have been designed beautifully. The food is great. I would like to mention MEN (Nepal) & Roshan from housekeeping who were very courteous and surprised with a beautiful rose . You guys rock! Keep up the good work 👍

It's a beautiful hotel and well coated in a secluded and quite area Overlooking amarina and the formula 1 racing track Checked jn the evening it was slow however the team was patient and very friendly "Kero" apologised for the delay and was friendly in helping choose the room. The F&B department are definitely outstanding by trying two times different in room dining. The portions are generous and if you really want to di e into a local experience try the Laben Ammo.... to dare a inlcude this in the menu you are confident to deliver a high standard of food equivalent to home made ... Bravoooooo The only odd thing I found was the design of the bathroom..the location and hight of the toilet and the shower... It is a great place to be and will come back for sure

Ive been staying at this hotel for quite sometime and having experienced different hotels in Abu Dhabi, this one definitely takes the bar high! Super friendly staff all over, nice spacious rooms with space to work, and in a very nice area of Abu Dhabi. With regards to the noise, the staff is very on top of things to make you comfortable- be it to actually making the music stop if its from the rooftop or switching you over to a quieter area of the hotel. Not to forget, the food here is quite good too!
