I have been a long staying guest here since about 15 days and will be staying more 12 odd days… all the staff has been great apart from Ms. Joyce at breakfast… I have been having breakfast almost everyday but have missed it due to early meeting the past one week… plus today being a Saturday I had a friend over who wishes to join me for breakfast.. so I get her there.. they asked for my room number and told them.. know I havnt had breakfast for almost 5 days I thought it was ok to get a girl with me who is eating hardly one egg and some salad .. Joyce goes and asks her separately and tells me in a loud voice I am entitled to only one bf. I told her I’ll speak to the management and forgive it out.. till then I had asked her to get the juice which was empty and many people were awaiting.. she disregarded and was on the call about this situation to someone for atleast 10 Mins and I kept calling her out she dint answer again disrespectful! Another girl was kind hence I was ok!! After she got someone to get the juice shears sure she yelled and told me “ma’am your juice is here”.. This woman has no courtesy and needs to be trained on attitude and behaviour.. I come from hospitality I am a trainer and I understand these These things very well. And not to mention I am away from home and one day of one family comes visits ! Is it so much to just let it go and I was going to speak to the management later and if not pay for it .. one breakfast is not a big deal when I’m staying here for a month.. please teach and train Ms. Joyce with some manners…

Great location, bang opposite Central bus stand and beautiful Al Ahwad Mall. Courteous staff. Rooms, lifts , cafe are well maintained. Sumptuous breakfast , elegant arrangement. Well maintained and neat and clean.

Overall, a relaxing experience . Friendly and very accommodating staff. Very warm people from the F&B . Took a bit longer to be checked in, however the pristine room made the waiting fuzz-free. I've had years of experience as a guest of this hotel esp its facilities. and I always am glad of their high standards of guest experience.

I’ve stayed at the hotel several times for extended stays in recent weeks and am always struck by how friendly and helpful the staff are. Modern, comfortable hotel with a good restaurant and bar. Definitely a five star rating.

This place was very well priced, great location, and all the staff from check-in to, catering, chef, room service and bellman were all very very friendly and happy to serve. They made my stay very pleasent. Breakfast was delicious everyday and room service food was also very good. The room was very clean and well equipped. Thank you to everyone at Centro rotana and special thanks to the nighttime bellman for being super helpful booking my night taxi. 🙏

Good price and clean hotel. Already not first time here and for sure will come back again. It is close to alwahda mall. Brakfass are good. AL Wahda mall is close. One of the my visits I have occupied room with window to stadium. Very quiet place. AC running good and no issue with adjusting like some hotels have in this are.

It was a fine experience at check-in, the staff was accommodating and friendly, in particular, the housekeeper (forgot his name) who was very helpful, the breakfast was good, and the location is convenient and near Al Wahda Mall. But for amenities like Dental Kit, Sleepers need to pay an additional 5dhs each, which surprised me since I'm not used to paying extra.

I used the hotel for one night en route to Dubai. I checked in close to 02:30 and checked out 11 hrs later on 09Feb23 It is rare that every single interaction a guest has with staff was positive. But mine was! In order: (1) Mohab at the front desk, an Egyptian gentleman I believe, was very quick with check in. And even offered me a late checkout if I wanted it. Such an offer even if a hotel is not full is hardly even given on arrival. So we’ll done Mohab. (2) The room was on the small side, about half what I experienced in December when I stayed at the Majlis Grande Mercure , some 4 kms away. But the room was certainly adequate. Modern, clean and everything worked. For those like my old man who like to catch some zzz with an open window, note windows in this hotel can be opened, (3) Breakfast was very good. Porridge or as Americans say, “oatmeal” with add ons like seeds, dates, nuts etc; other cereals are also available such as granola, cocoa pops etc; egg station; pancakes; pastries; yogurt (both milk based and plant based: gluten free bread, fresh fruit; vegetables and Arabic dishes such as hummus; ful medams, shakshuka (really Maghreb, as in Moroccan or Tunisian dish than ‘Arab’) and a couple of Indian dishes. (4) The only negative was that the dishes I looked forward to eating when seeing them, the shakshuka and ful medams we’re not hot, but at best, warm. I ate them, but did not enjoy given they were not hot; Coffee was not good. Too weak, regardless of whether I pressed the “cappuccino” button on the coffee machine or the “expresso” button (5) I mentioned the items in (4) to the Restaurant Supervisor, Sajd who was very interested in feedback (6) Pita bread was available (7) Gluten Free bread was also available (8) At the front desk Padam was great as well as another fellow whose name escapes me. I had a problem with my mobile phone and the fellow whose name I forgot suggested I buy a recharge card and use another person’s mobile to Dort out my phone problems. He said the cheapest recharge card is AED 10 and that when loaded on another phone, meaning I will be using my money and not the phone owner’s money, so that should allow me to use a phone owner’s device to use his phone without thinking I will be using his funds for my call. I am sorry I forget his name but the kind fellow who suggested it also volunteered to go to a local convenience store to buy the card for me. Which he did. (8) He returned and offered I use his phone. After loading the card on his phone I used his phone. What a nice guy! (9) Ahmed the front office manager was also helpful (10) The hotel is a 3 min walk to Al Whada Mall, which is great for so many different purchases and (11) The hotel is 8 min walk from the Abu Dhabi Central Bus Station. Too far to walk if you have multiple pieces of luggage like I did (12) If you take a taxi to the Bus Station the meter may say AED 6.90 - as it’s a very short trip - but the minimum taxi fare is AED 12 (13) interesting to note that taxi fares starting in the city, for all trips, charge AED 5 flagfall but those that start at AUH airport begin the meter at AED 25 All in all, a very short but enjoyable stay. I would certainly stay again here if I returned to Abu Dhabi.…
