Was comfy and clean.. The location is great.. Surrounded by restaurants and cafés.. Also there were two groceries at the same area where you can buy the necessary goods.. The view was nice.. I like the simple interior design of the rooms.. The staff were very friendly and kindly.. The level of service was good as well

The attitude of the reservation manager was really stressful and not professional, I have just requested to change the check in date to the second day due to an emergency situation, but her reply was very bad however the issue was resolved with the help of the receptionist easily without stress 👎 I will never book again Poor customer support

Had a pleasant stay with them and I really enjoyed the room and amenities. Everything was working well from the AC, the hot water, as well as the interiors and beddings were very comfortable. The breakfast was also good with lots of options to choose from. The staff were very helpful and accommodating even if things are busy. Would like to commend Mateo and Mukhammad from the Front Office for a smooth check-in experience.

The hotel is extremely well located for those attending a venue. You just have to cross the road to reach the entrance of IDEX. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable, the WiFi works very well and the Italian restaurant is excellent

The staff made the stay so enjoyable, they were extremely friendly and eager to help with anything I needed. The room was clean and very comfortable. Really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was very central and very simple to get around my taxi which the hotel also assisted me with.
