Stayed for 5 nights Pros - Rooms very spacious and beds very comfortable. Excellent bathrooms and well maintained by housekeeping. - Location pretty decent near the souk and taxis very reasonable compared to other...
In the older part of Doha so don't expect the glitz you see in the promotional pics of the city. However, if you're on a budget, it's good value and the souk can be walked to in 15-20 mins and from there it's a...

Worst staff ever!!!! They don’t acknowledge the DND sign and make a fire alarm drill in the middle of our sleep! It happened twice in our stay and when we complained in the Reception there is an Indian Lady who...
I hate writing this bad review;however, it is what it is. The hotel policies are inflexible. Front desk manager is impersonal and not a good listener. NOT a great place to stay. Laundry services are a rip off and confusing. Very expensive for a stay of more than a few days. Upper management review of policies highly recommended. This made my entire business trip unpleasant and hard work. Not worth the time or money.
There was a traditional market called " souq waqif" , it was fantastic and fortunatelly was full of international restaurant , we went to iraqian restaurant and the food was amazing! The city has no other thing's to say
I was visiting Qatar as a short-term research assistant and the Qatar University did not provide housing, so I have to find some place to stay when arrived. This is the cheapest accommodation I was told. About 30 dollar per night in such a rich country where normally hotels cost TEN TIMES MORE. I had lodged in several youth hostels in US, and I have expected and prepared for anything. However, when I arrived I found that this is more likely a very nice and clean motel. The best thing is the rooms are most likely owned by yourself, since there are few people know this place! I stayed for whole one week and no one came to share the room. AC worked very well and bathrooms are very clean. There is a separate hall for you to dine and entertain. The location is not bad, very close to the high way, but the only problem is that you may get trouble to find this place for the first time, since there is no road name and street number or something similar to US or the rest of the world. To be brief, this is an excellent choice for bachelors and it's better that you can also speak Arabic.…
