Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Doha, Qatar. I had 14 days for quarantiem period Covid 2019 to prepair to go offshore work, i am not used fully service in Radisson Hotel but i fill the service room very well, I check-in safely and check-out safely.
I live at room number 484, the big room with sofa, view on road, I can see good view when enjoin breakfast and dinner, coffee for morning and green tea with honey at night.
Note, this is not a 6-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the general manager who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!

The Radisson Blu in Doha is back baby!! I've missed staying here, the staff is friendly,helpful and polite. Everything happens quickly here, you need maintenance they come immediately. When you call reception, laundry service, housekeeping or in room dining the phone always gets answered quickly. In room dining delivery is always met with a smile on their faces and a warm "You're welcome" I've had the pleasure of meeting Ricarl a few times when I ordered in room dining.

The service in this hotel was outstanding from the moment we arrived until we left. The food and service in the Chingari Indian restaurant was amongst the best we have ever experienced. Alcohol is quite expensive but Jimmies is the bar to go to earlier in the day and the sports bar on the first floor is the place to go after 5.00 with special discount rates as well. The pool loses the sun quite early due to the high rise buildings around it.

Been at this hotel since mid Jan 2020. At first the hotel was good if not great. As time went off, I have been seeing huge inconsistencies in the way the cleaning staff and maintenance of the rooms and building in general. To start with, the entire staff at this hotel are all incredibly nice and welcoming. The house keeping is hit or miss. Either I get a clean wash cloth, two clean wash clothes or no wash clothes at all. Either I will get everything that I used, i.e. bath salts, shampoo, soaps and the such replaced or I don't for a week or two on end. This was a business trip and I was working midnights, so I was sleeping during the day. Even though I had both my light saying "Do Not Disturb" and my "Do Not Disturb" sign out, I would get a phone call from housekeeping in the middle of my sleep asking if my room was ok and if they could come clean it. Then there is the WiFI in the room. It is horrible to say the least. When you do connect in, don't expect it to be a great connection. It will drop at least once or twice an hour. It is slow speed at best. The WiFi router is in the worst possible location, under the desk, which by the way this is where your mini fridge is located. The fridge is one of the desk cabinets which is closed shut, so all that heat is stored in the desk and causes the fridge to heat up horribly.

Stayed in this hotel ( Twice) as part of our business travel, The hotel is conveniently located at the intersection of C ring . Large parking spot if you rent/ have your own cars. What impressed me was the excellent service by the service Crew who cleaned our rooms regularly and topped up all essentials. We worked in night shifts and arrived to hotel around noon to see our rooms ready and comfy. Not to forget the Covid situation and the hotel conveniently manged all procedures.
All staff was very courteous with an exception of one Don Dan( This is how he gave his name ), We had to come back to this hotel after our 9 days of stay the same evening after we could not get our rooms in time at a different location. June from reception was amazing and got us booked to the hotel the same evening , Abdel Moneim Salah Eldin Awouda & stettc at FO was of great assistance and got us checked in smoothly ( During our second stay). They finally made us feel at home before we could start our PCR procedures for Outbound travel.
Overall Highly recommended hotel, Very Friendly staff, Highly adaptive for Covid situation and felt safe and comfy staying here.

I was here for business and my stay was extended numerous times which turned into weeks. The staff at this hotel are all polite, courteous and more than willing to do what ever is needed to ensure your every need is attended to. You are always greeted by the staff with a happy hello and a wave. House keeping staff were 100% efficient, "Sakur Aldaf" was in charge of the rooms on my floor for the majority of my stay and I never had need of anything he made sure everything was sorted every day, a very happy positive individual. Front desk staff day time or night time always friendly and helpful and use your first name which is a bonus. Nice little place within the Hotel "The Manhattan" is a friendly little neighborhood bar for a quiet drink and conversation "Divine " who attends this Gem is friendly and is right on top of everyone's needs and makes it easy for strangers to quickly enter into conversation and have great relaxing stay. I will most definitely be checking room availability here first next time I am on my way to Doha.

This is my first visit to Radisson Blu Hotel in Doha Qatar. First impressions, the hotel is very clean and virus conscious throughout. The staff is friendly, courteous, and professional. The property has plenty of restaurants to choose from so you do not have to leave the property to eat and I must say that the Italian restaurant is very good, they served one of the best Lasagna’s I’ve ever eaten.
Shout out to Alisha, in housekeeping, always greeted me with friendly smiling eyes, I can’t see her face behind the mask. Overall great stay for two weeks plus.

im currently staying at this hotel and i have nothing but praise fo the facilities and staff. When i checked in I explained i was staying for two weeks on business. I was upgraded from a standard room to a suite. which has some great views. The hotel offers Great Themed restaurants which serve up some quality food all the staff are very friendly and cannot do enough for you. I give particular praise to Alisha in housekeeping for providing an excellent service every day cleaning my room shes always very friendly and chatty. mIvd stayed in alot of hotels in doha over the years but my stay here has been the best so far

Hm I can only comment for July, but there were quite a lot of shaded areas then, as well as exposed areas, so i would think the same would be true in 'winter'
