My 4th stay at my favorite hotel in Beirut and it certainly didn't disappoint!
On arrival I was warmly welcomed by Staff & Management. Check in took less than a minute and was escorted to my room on the 28 floor by the Guest Relations Lady. Great Room with full length massive windows with stunning views over Beirut. Very comfortable bed and a cozy sitting area. Bathroom is probably the largest I've experienced in a hotel, Twin washbasins, Jacuzzi, large walk in shower and a separate toilet and bidet area.
Sleep quality was excellent
Due to my busy schedule I've only managed to have breakfast which again was a feast of international and Lebanese dishes that satisfy the most fussy of guests. Shout out to the Hostess, the Manager and the live egg station lady chef. The smile never leaves their faces.
The standout feature of this hotel is how friendly and welcoming all staff are, from the wonderful ladies at reception to porters, security, housekeeping, waiters and the two guys I interacted with most often Ali and Rabieh in the lobby area.
I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to visitors to Beirut!

I had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Hotel, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home with their warm and welcoming hospitality. Check-in was seamless

Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated with a fantastic view . The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided—such as plush towels, a fully stocked minibar, and premium toiletries—were top-notch.

The staff genuinely seemed to care about our comfort and happiness, which made all the difference.

I highly recommend Hilton Hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay. We’ll definitely be back!

I stayed here for a week on business and I had a good experience. However, the premises need to be refreshed.
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the best customer service in Lebanon. Every single individual was genuinely nice and helpful and it is a shame that there were so many things in my room that affected my experience because the staff alone make this hotel a real gem.

My room was dark and smelled of smoke. I had a huge balcony so I tried to keep the windows open. There were cigarette burn marks on my bedside table and parts of the bathroom were broken. I could not figure out the A/C as the instructions were for a different type of control that seemed to have been there before.
The views from the high floors are very nice, though, and although I did not like to be in the room because it felt like a dusty cave, I enjoyed taking the elevator to the restaurant at the top floor. I wish the rooms had all that natural light and polished look of the elevator and restaurant.

The food was wonderful but most importantly, the gentleman that runs the service for breakfast is an absolute superstar. He is constantly walking around refilling water glasses, offering more coffee and bringing omelettes to customers. It was a join to greet him every morning.

The ladies at reception are equally fantastic, ready to give you recommendations about the city and happy to answer any questions. Both my check in and check out were smooth.

This hotel is made great by the people who work here who are extremely helpful and kind. I think their hard work and amazing customer service deserve better facilities. The building itself is impressive. It just needs some love.

- safe box did not work twice. AC very old and complicated and needs to be updated. Very difficult to switch on and off. We had to use electricity box off the AC. Cleaners lack’s English. They keep missing out shower gels and instead they put shampoos only. We Asked for 2 bottles of water, they brought 1 after several follow ups. Mini bar empty. Carpet not hovered and balcony not cleaned by cleaners.

Overall, a great hotel. Room was great, and quite spacious and was cleaned regularly and very well. Pool was fine, though not too big. Fitness was great. Did not try the spa. Service was great. The breakfast was also great with a beautiful view of Beirut, at about 16-17 dollars per person (900k Lebanese pounds per person currently).
We only found two downsides:
1. It is located a bit from the city centre, so requires a taxi of 10-20 minutes every time you want to check out the city.
2. The Hotel basically scams with offering Taxi service from the Airport. In reality, you should be paying about 120k libanese pounds (about 4 dollars, use Uber to get this price) but hotel charged us 45 USD (!!), knowing that we were unaware of the standard price.

I was here on a business trip. The staff of both the hotel and the restaurant were exceptional. Every need was met before it was anticipated. Attention to detail was beyond reproach. Our team felt safe and was able to make tours of the city and dine out on the town with drivers recommended by the hotel.
There were no ongoing conflicts with military actions during our stay. The city was alive, vibrant and appeared to be "business as usual "
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Beirut.

Stayed for 4 nights in July 2023 at this property which I've titled "A Happy Hotel" simply because all the staff seemed extremely happy to be working there from the exceptional level of service one would receive at their homes!
Most 5 star hotels in London, New York, Tokyo, Bangkok and Beirut are more or less the same, clean rooms, good night sleep, quality toiletries etc.
What differentiates one hotel from another is the customer service. Some can be poor, mediocre, robotic or efficient.
At the Hilton Grand staff went out of their way to fulfill guest requests and keep customers happy, always smiling and enjoying every minute in a busy hotel which is both a challenge and an achievement.
From the security at the entrance to the receptionists, porters, guest relations, waiters, housekeeping and managers. I wont be mentioning any names because too numerous to mention and I don’t want to forget anyone.
Special mention to the Breakfast Team and the Front Office, thank you all very much!
Well done Hilton Grand and I for sure will be staying there again!

Fantastic scenery and the views from the heart of the city were stunning. The panoramic elevator provided a 360 degree view of Beirut I have never seen before. The balconies on the 16th floor are very spacious compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at in Lebanon and abroad.
We also used the spa and gym services. They were super clean with jacuzzi, sauna and lockers. Very hygienic with nice smells. The majestic massage was the best I’ve had. It included a full body massage, hot pillow, hot stones, full body scrub and a private jacuzzi over 2 hours. A must do during the stay. The dinner at the Venezia was so delicious and authentic Italian on the simulated river!
Most importantly, the hospitality for the entire crew was amazing starting with Jad, Mohammad at the reception to Ali Marji with his professional attire and caring tone and look for our comfort and satisfaction. He was very keen to check on us frequently after escorting us to our room. Very stylish hair too! The manager Rachid Alawar also greeted us presenting the activities planned for the season at Habtoor and very welcoming for us to come back again with families and friends.

I’ve stayed at this venue before and it was ok fir the task I was on. This time was a total disaster. Lebanon is a mess a complete joke. The hotel
Charged me 78 US dollars for a salmon dinner and honestly it was nothing to write about. The most basic of dishes. Then breakfast to the room was pathetic, runny eggs, burnt mushrooms and hard toast like it was a week old. Honestly the cost is a complete joke. No wonder Western or asian tourists don’t visit Lebanon it’s s failed country. I’d never use this hotel again! They laughed when I questioned the bill! Laughed! Never again

We stayed at the Hilton Habtoor, Beirut for 3 nights as a family of 4 (with 2 young kids). The facilities at the Hotel were excellent, and the room was spacious, clean and extremely well kept. We were on the 15th Floor and taking the elevator to our floor provided breathtaking views of the city. The breakfast was awesome, with a wide variety of things to choose from, even the kids got spoilt.

But the highlight of our stay has to be the members of staff there. From the get go, they were accommodating, helpful and ensured that were had everything that we needed. I have to give a special shout-out to Ali Marji at the Concierge desk, who was a star. He arranged a reliable and trustworthy taxi to take us around the main tourist attractions outside of Beirut. He painstakingly explained how to walk to a nearby eatery, and even recommended an authentic Lebanese eatery that we thoroughly enjoyed. He also arranged for our pre-departure Covid tests. On our last night there, which happened to be the new year's eve, he made sure we had a taxi booked to take us to the airport at 4am local time.

Thank you very much Ali !!
