Decent hotel located close to the sea and offering reasonably comfortable rooms and a lovely pool with the view.
The room was clean and comfortable, perfectly provisioned with everything one might have wanted for a stay. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked like a charm. WiFi worked rather well.
The breakfast (we only took it once) was plentiful and served on the terrace with the sea view.
The only downside was that we couldn't leave our luggage with the hotel on the day of departure - first time since we started travel that this happened, so we had to walk with our bags for the entire day.

My recent stay at the Raouche Arjaan by Rotana in Beirut was truly delightful The hotel itself is a gem, offering stylish and spacious accommodations, However, I faced a problem during my stay but Thankfully, the Director of Front Office, Mr. Nour, stepped in and completely turned things around.
His empathy and willingness to go the extra mile to resolve the issue were truly impressive. He listened attentively, understood my concerns, and took decisive action to find a solution that left me completely satisfied, and I appreciate the hotel staff kindness. receptions and bellboys

All hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. I would like to thank all of the receptionist Mohammad(knows turkish) who helped our luggage Ali, and the woman (who forgot her name) who helped us clean the room that brought us water every day. They made us feel special during our stay in a hotel. the rooms are very nice and big. room views are great. location is right in the center. You can go anywhere by walking. A very nice option in terms of price performance.

The only good thing about this place is the clean service of the room, other than that it was very bad experience.. starting that I booked for twin deluxe studio, arriving there they said well you are upgraded to suit, and I said ok as long as its twin beds, and they confirmed yes sure, at the room it was one king bed, and they ended up bringing another portable bed and squeezing it beside the other bed.. the included breakfast is very poor, they serve it in rooms, with small selection and the only thing you can change is how you want your eggs.. and although for 7 days we kept asking for one coffee one tea, we always ended having 2 teas. The noise was terrible, and since its located in a tourist place, you can never get good quiet sleep, there are no sound proof at all, and that is something that they should do to the windows. We had a balcony but the doors were not working and we hardly used that balcony.. the hotel rooms need to be renovated and to be sound proof, otherwise you feel that you are sitting literally in the street with all the noise..
I have stayed previously stayed at Rotana hotels in other countries, and this one was the worst of all..

While the hotel is beautiful and has wonderful amenities, the service is absolutely horrendous, and I will never patronize a Rotana hotel again. I paid for a package deal that included breakfast, dinner and room for 2 people for 3 nights. Every morning and every night they harassed me to pay for the meal bill even though it was included in our deal and had already been paid for. We had to argue with the staff twice a day, and none of them seemed to have a clue how to perform their duties as if they never received any guidance or training. And there didn't seem to be any food available for dinner as they had maybe only 1 or 2 options and it took 2 hours to delivery raw vegetables. I understand the situation in general there is not great, but if you cannot provide services then please do not offer them! To make matters worse, the email confirmation said the total charge would be $586 USD, and they charged my credit card $1,366 USD! I returned to the hotel a few days later and paid in Lebanese pounds, and they told me they would reverse the charge in 25-30 days. It has been well over a month, and we have called them again, and they seem to have no clue what we are talking about as if the accounting apartment was not informed that I essentially paid twice for a crappy stay. I recommend never to stay here!! It's been an awful experience, and I am still trying to get reimbursed in October for a stay in August.

Having stayed at a number of Rotana hotels this was the worst experience right from check in. There was only one member of staff on duty, who lacked experience it appeared. There was nobody available to take orders in the bar area and it was a Saturday night!. Room facilities and decor were dated with the kettle not working and the refrigerator not sealed.

Stayed in a deluxe double type room, arrived late after a delayed flight and left very early in the morning at the end of my stay. Staying in January so not everything was open. + Room was sooo comfortable and everything was clean and replaced daily. The staff were fantastically helpful and all very friendly; as true of the staff cleaning my room, managing the generous breakfast buffet and sorting the front desk and bar. Special praise has to go to Omar who stayed up for my check in and out with a grin and great advice! Despite my five words of arabic, nothing was a problem. The view of the Med is sensational. The hotel is all of two minutes out of Hamra with the city and boardwalk on hand.
- Only critique would be it was very hard to get in touch with the hotel before I was physically there e.g. to warn of delays to airport transfer.

Raouche means rocks, and that's exactly where the hotel is, overlooking those beautiful rocks just outside the Corniche. So a good location for the city, but also a good location for the splendid views. Do choose a sea-view room, though (the view on the city at the back is not the most exhilarating); and choose a high floor, because the Corniche is very busy, day and night, the traffic knows no discipline and everybody uses their horn at all hours: it can be noisy. I enjoyed a late night in my balcony, looking at the sea and the rocks. Good, western-style, service; prices in line with the city.

There is no better place to stay in Beirut than Hotel Raouche Arjaan by Rotana. Staying in this hotel provides best value for money. Good restaurants are at close distance, breakfast in the hotel is good, Starbucks is just opposite to it so that famous pigeon rocks. Road along the sea water line just in front of the hotel provides good opportunity for morning and evening walk.

As I have experienced, upon your request, hotel will arrange pick up from the airport to hotel but it is not free. They will ask you to pay approximately US$25+10%VAT for pick up.
As an option, you can take a taxi standing outside the exit gate of the airport. Negotiate the price in the beginning, which is normally US$15 or less. Another option is to take Uber taxi, which will cost you USD$ 11-12 for normal car.
One more option is to book a Allo taxi directly through their website "allotaxi Lebanon" - you can use google to reach their website. They are considered reliable.
Swimming pool and gym are open 24 hours and location of the hotel is good.
Hope, this is helpful.
There are more places to choose from in the Beirut area.
