Floors in bedrooms were absolutely filthy, daily cleaning cursory at best. Had to wear footwear at all times because the floors were so dirty. Rooms are exceptionally noisy - you will be kept awake by traffic and loud music well into the night. Breakfast choice was extremely poor/non-existent. In short - pick somewhere else.

I stayed here twice in my stay in Jordan. It is central to everything in Amman, food places, shops, the museum, amphitheatre etc everything is near. The rooms are comfortable enough, shower works and is powerful with hot water. The reception area was clean. Breakfast is standard for the country, cucumber pitta hummus etc. Delivered to your room for you on a tray. When I arrived late at 2am, my room wasn't cleaned properly and had no sheets on the bed. I was so tired and couldn't find anyone to ask at reception I slept in my sleeping bag for the night and changed rooms the next day. This room was much better. It does the job but Amman is noisy so you will get woken up by the beeping cars outside! Use the lift not the stairs... the stairs are construction sites!

The hotel was smelly (maybe plumbing problems), the reception was miserable (didn't see staff smile even once) ! Everything I asked for (taxi, bus, place to eat, was really expensive and I was never given an alternative). The cleaning staff in the morning had their radio on and made a lot of noise. The actual room was ok. Fairly clean with hot water even though I had to wait 10 mins for the hot water to run. If you get a room here, ask for one not on the main road as it was impossible to sleep.

Arrived late 0030 am and had booked a taxi through the hotel … it didn’t turn up . The person on desk apologised and that was that . Great location for downtown Amman. Rooms were ok but breakfast was poor . The front desk made little effort . I asked them to book a restaurant they said they couldn’t!

The lobby which features heavily on their website is impressive. And the artwork in the room is cool but perhaps you need to change rooms every night to get the full gallery effect. Shower area definitely needs an upgrade but the shower itself is beyond a power shower! So powerful it’s almost painful. Air con is efficient and quiet but, unfortunately, there’s so much other noise it’s drowned out anyway. The traffic noise is horrendous. Clearly there’s no prohibition on sounding your car horn after 11 o’clock at night here. Industrial grade earplugs required. Didn’t get much sleep so am too grumpy to give 4 stars.

I stayed at the Art Hotel for one night, what I loved most about it is how central of a location it was. The room was very decorative and clean. The breakfast was beautiful and the people seemed nice and helpful enough.

we booked because this location is excellent. upon check in the clerk was very nice, but the first room we were given was filthy and the sheets hadn't been changed. we asked for another room and while this one was cleaner, we just decided to go elsewhere. the management was very nice about refunding us immediately.

Very stupid. They don’t let guests in. Are very stupid. Oh so stupid. They wouldn’t let a guest of mine to go to the bathroom for even 5 minutes. Very very stupid. It’s a shame because it looks like a nice place. Shame they’re stupid. I’m so upset. The rooms are also freezing. They kept my guest waiting for a long time. I’m not over this. Don’t deserve a star.

The hotel is well located to all historical places in Amman. We stayed there for about three days and we really enjoyed it. The hotel is clean and the staff are very nice and helpful, especially the Nafa’a and Islam. It might be noisy in the evening but it is totalling normal because of its location in the middel of a busy city.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights in May 2019 and it was situated in a central location which made it easy for us to explore Amman by foot. The hotel itself is fairly basic - don't expect luxury by any means. There were quite a few flies in our room (dead and alive) by the window/curtains but the room was otherwise fairly clean. The front desk staff were helpful and they brought us to a local laundry service down the alley when we asked for it. Breakfast, as others have mentioned, is basic, but sufficient. It was quiet during the time we were there, as it was Ramadan and low travel season.
