I was about to go Jordan and I needed to book a hotel for first night of arrival in Amman, since next day I needed to go In Aqaba. Before I booked this hotel I checked many other options, but I chose this hotel since was looking nice in photos and had pool, Fitnes and SPA. So it gave me feeling that this hotel should be nice! But when I arrived I was so disappointed. Hotel is very old. Rooms are very old and dirty. AC was not working but there were some quartz heaters that heated the room. The mattress were (most probably) not changed from previous guests. I wanted to take a shower before I went to bed but there were no warm water. Next day I went to reception and they told me that there is warm water only in SPA area. When I went there, the shower area was quite disgusting! This hotels infrastructure is very good. But needs a serious renovation. Until then avoid this hotel!…
- room without AC, the heating by radiator which was not enough during the cold January. - no wify in the room - empty minibar - TV remote with consumed batteries - dirty floor, carpets and curtain - bathroom without hot water, with clogged sink from the washbasin and bathtub. - wet floor all the time due to some cracked pipes above the bathroom's ceiling - poor breakfast - just a few parking places (about 6) All these shortcomings partially compensated by the kindness of the staff.
Very low services: - No hot water - No central heating - No breakfast - No wifi - Dirty WC - No shower: I was taking shower in January with cold water :( - minibar empty, dirty and smelly - Freezing like hell - Humidity is very high: feel sick - When leaving, all clothes were smelly like a dog -
The Al Dana Plaza hotel is very dirty hotel. Every thing is extremely terrible floor has a very bad smell, bath room is not clean, most of the time no warm water, very weak WiFi, poor service. not clean breakfast. very limited parking. even no telephone and toilet paper. Please avoid this abandoned hotel..!!!
I have travelled thw world and even been in some third world countries but this my friends is by far the WORST hotel I have ever had the displeasure of staying in. AHH were do I start, booked this hotel for 10 nights with my wife and disabled son for a nice relaxing get away boy was I wrong. First the lift had buttons missing with wires haging out had to grab my sons hand before he electocuted himself. Then got to the room which was disgusting carpets not cleaned ,windows dirty, toilet disgusting looked like bigfoot had used it and forgot to flush. No hot water then no water at all, toilet blocked aircon missing minibar empty and dirty. Decided to go down try and get something to eat in restaurant was told it was closed didn't know how many days it would be shut. Asked for room service and guess what no room service available tried to use the café was shut as well. Ventured down to the spa and it looked like a different spa from the pictures, cold pool with pool light and wires sitting by the side of the pool ,changing rooms had water running out as toilet was blocked and the smell OMG. Son got severe sickness and diarrhea due to cleanliness and the outdoor pool I cant even describe see pictures. Had full scale argument with the manager who had been ignoring my tour operators calls to get a move for two days the laughed in my face and said it was not his problem and I would get no refund. Eventually took the bull by the horns and moved out after a few days and had to pay for a new hotel out my own money and now ive lost 500 euros as I had payed up full before I got there. And remember this is how they treated a family with a DISABLED child WOW. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AS SOMEONE IS GOING TO END UP REALLY SICK OR HAVE A BAD ACCIDENT.…
