I've stayed here many times and what stands out the most is the exceptional service provided by management and staff. Their reservations and checkin hostess Eman is an absolute star and is so courteous and helpful. She is a huge asset to the hotel and is one reason I choose to return again and again.

The staff were nice and welcoming, and the breakfast was tasty. We arrived quite late in the night because of our flight but they were accommodating. However the room was a bit expensive for what it was. The room strongly smelled of cigarette smoke, and the carpet was super old and matted. The bedsheets had some stains and the bathroom was also dirty (stains on the door). Walls were thin so we could hear the TV from the room next to us. OK for one night.

Hotel is Nice, just requires some Maintenance. Staff is always willing to Help. Bro Restaurant located at the hotel is pretty good. Meals are very tasty, and we can have the meals in a great outdoor área. Ghassan, in charge of the Restaurant, provides a great service and is always willing to attend new requests.

The service was exceptional. Very friendly and very helpful with navigating the area. We don’t know much Arabic, but they were great with English and also helping with interpreting. However the hotel needs some maintenance (water temperature was variable, water pressure was OK, some lights were hanging out of the ceiling in hallway, sink plug not working, etc). All small things and possibly due to low visitors with COVID. The big important things all worked well (bed, air conditioning, etc.). Did see maintenance crews around that appeared to be working on fixing the place up.

Stayed for 2 nights, this hotel is in a good location with bakery, restaurants, grocery store and mall very near. The rooms were good size and clean. Hot water was intermittent. But the breakfast was with very little choice. Also we had dinner in the evening which was not at all good. The wifi was ok. Overall average experience.

Spent a total of 4 nights here - two at the beginning and two at the end of our tour. Both times we were given the same room. The rooms are spacious and the hotel is in a safe area with lots a shops and easy access to the airport. It is also easy to get an Uber to all the tourist sightseeing spots. As others have mentioned the bathroom showers aren’t well designed resulting in wet and dangerously slippery floors. Also it doesn’t appear that the cleaning a staff have access to a vacuum so the carpets aren’t very clean and should be removed. The rest of the room is very clean with comfortable bedding, a safe box and mini-fridge. The breakfast is included but the quality appears to vary depending on how many guest are at the hotel. Sometimes it is plate service and other times it is a buffet. Plate service can be very slow (45 minutes at least). The hotel lobby was being renovated while we were there. Hopefully they will make it a bit more welcoming. Hot water was intermittent during our stay. When we asked about the lack of hot water we were told it would be available tomorrow. It was available the next day as promised but it was inconvenient when it wasn’t available. WiFi was also intermittent but that may be caused by the renovation. Italian restaurant in the lobby was fantastic. If you get a good price this hotel is an okay option. If not, then look elsewhere.

Simple hotel. Don't take the emergency corridor, it has to be cleaned as quit dirty. Take care when taking a shower as the floor is slippery. Bathroom very smelly at night. Not to be recommended unless the management does a good cleaning and revamping of their place. Even for 2 nights in Aman I think you could find better place. We were in a group (30 people) and some of us requested rooms without carpets.

First off I have to say that we were on a very inexpensive tour. All I expected was clean and safe. Felt safe, not clean. Carpet was so dirty looking I didn't want to take my shoes off, Bathroom was OK. Bed OK. Breakfast was fair. Room dark with lightbulbs unable to be changed til next day. No hangers in closet. Just not keot up well.

This hotel is in a good location. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was passable. On check in I originally requested 2 beds and I was given one. The person offered to change it if I would wait, but we just took the king to get into a room. Other guests had a problem even getting into a room,The carpeting was a terrible and dirty. We returned on our trip back and 2 overhead lights were out and the room was dark and hard to see things. . I was told it could be fixed the next day. There was missing molding and some exposed electric outlets. We only had one towel and no hangers. They were good to correct it. They are disorganized and some attention could make this an excellent hotel. Beds were good.Internet was slow or not working.
