Very good Hotel. Well kept. Clean. No noise. Very nice rooms. Large. Good breakfast. with wide choice of dishes. Good area. Safe. Nearby supermarket. And foreign exchange. Room had a small kitchen. Microwave. Plates. Knife. 5 star Hotel.
Initially impressed. Booked a large suite with terrace. First impressions .. wow. The bad thing is the room is right above a outdoor restaurant with a liking for club music with a heavy baseline. I actually quite like club music … WHEN NOT TRYING TO SLEEP!! Friday night the music was annoying - but just about manageable. Today we had a 8am start and got back to the hotel at 6.30pm and have another 10-12 hour day tomorrow. It is now 11.30 and we are shattered… but totally unable to sleep. It is truly like being in a cheap hotel in Spain with loud club music pumping through our room. Reception asked them to turn it down, but the soundproofing is so poor we may as well be at the bar. Im writing this, tired, annoyed and feeling totally out of control. It seems the locals party night (Friday) is wayyyy more important than guests in the hotel. Would I recommend this hotel - maybe - but FORGET wasting your money on room “upgrades” that are in fact probably the poorest rooms in the hotel. Sadly we return at the end of our trip in 2 weeks. We will be sending the videos to our agents asking them to book something else. Very sad as this hotel came highly recommended by Audley (we didn’t travel with them in the end, but chose this hotel in their advice. I will email the video also to Audley for their future clients. Tired - waiting for 12am when I am told it will close, angry and deeply disappointed. One of the worst hotel experiences in 20 years of regular travel.…
We stayed here at two occasions and on both our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Needless to say that the hotel should have non-smoking rooms. On one of the times we stayed, the ventilation and air conditioning of the room seemed to have a life of their own and just continued working even when we put the system off. Staff at breakfast seems bit lost and it would have been nice to have some variety of fresh fruit. Melon everyday was boring and didn’t do justice to all the produce you see in the markets. Finally why does the pool close at 6pm? There’s day light and enough heat for at least another hour. Having said this, the hotel is very well located, within walking distance from the city center and staff was always friendly. Nice but not a 5 star hotel.
Stayed just for 1 night during a tour in Jordan. The hotel impressed us on a positive note. Very close to the main road with restaurants, we walked with kids and came back at night so a plus. The rooms were massive really :) and we found them Veronica and decor. Spend a couple of hours at the pool at the terrace which was good and entertaining, the temperature of the water was just perfect. Also there was several comments on poor breakfast but we experiences a great breaks fats, plenty of fruits and juices and plenty of choices both Middle East and ocidental. we would return to the hotel in a heartbeat.
Stayed here for just one night at the beginning of our Jordan trip. Honestly wouldn’t rate Amman as a whole very highly and probably wouldn’t return. On first impressions the hotel seemed great- it was very grand in the foyer and our room was huge. However, we had no hot water, asked for it to be fixed and it worked for long enough to shower that night. The next morning we had an early taxi and no hot water plus not enough time to get the problem fixed as a result we couldn’t shower before leaving which was very annoying. I would not stay here again, that said I also wouldn’t return to Amman- the rest of Jordan was much nicer!
I would rate this Hotel more than 5 star, it is super clean, big rooms, spacious and ultra clean bathroom with all amenities, surprisingly every room has a kitchen and the hotel has laundry facility( free with detergent). Staff is most courteous and helpful, delicious buffet breakfast and made to order omelettes all inclusive. We initially stayed for two days and travelled to other places, they let us keep our luggage in their luggage room we came back and stayed for 2 days, they upgraded our room. The entire staff is very helpful and friendly, this is an ideal place to stay for couples and families alike. Saif at reception is always smiling and very helpful. Special thanks to Abdul Rahman the manager of the hotel, he is extremely helpful and was very responsive even before I started my travel from Texas, USA. I think a lot of credit goes to him for managing the hotel in such a professional and hospitable manner. Zafer Ulhaq… Texas USA…
The hotel is clean, spacious and beautiful. I love the fact that everything is new and the design is sleek and modern. The staffs are polite and helpful. It located close to the Rainbow Street but at the same time at the quiet street. Great experince staying in this boutique hotel
We stayed at The House Boutique Suites for two nights during our visit to Jordan. The hotel was in a nice central location in the City. It had a great restaurant. One of our favorite features was FREE laundry on our floor. We were able to freshen some clothes during our long trip.
The location of this hotel is perfect and the staff were very helpful. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which was great - clean and comfy. I would stay here again! However, breakfast really lets this hotel down and should be better given the price paid.
Great hotel, friendly staff, good location. Has a warm and friendly feel, is good for the Amman attractions, shopping and eating. Rainbow Street is a short walk down the hill with lots of places to eat, Al Quds falafel sandwiches are incredible and well worth a try, and further along and round a few corners Hashem restaurant does some amazing falafel meals. There are street vendors and plenty to look at and discover. We used the Between Circles Gastro Pub onsite for a couple of drinks, and had breakfast in the restaurant, the facilities were all excellent. A fantastic experience
