Liked · Requested accessible room (traveling with wheelchair). Hotel provided us with a roll-in shower and grab bars in the shower and around toilet. Our plan included breakfast. Most people at the cafe were either Israeli or European. Staff spoke English as well as other languages. Any request was greeted with a smile and accommodation. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Location is the CENTER of Tel Aviv. Walking distance to pedestrian malls and the beach (if you are able take a brisk walk). Taxis are easy to find with the GETT app. Bottom line: Highly recommend. Disliked · PARKING is very limited. Locals know this so people coming to the hotel to see us used public transportation. This was NOT a problem for us.
Great location and really nice vibe, there's a small cafe in the lobby selling fresh cakes, pastries and drinks, and plenty of people using the space to work on their laptops. All of the staff were super friendly and welcoming and within minutes of me checking in Polina had helped me to book a tour trip. I accidentally left my passport on her desk and she called my room straight away to let me know so I could collect it. She recommended a local restaurant (Bicicletta), which I'd already been interested in, and it was one of the best meals I've ever had! The pickup location for the tour was a 2 minute walk away, so really convenient too.
This hotel was perfect for our 1 night stay. It is small, clean, comfortable, affordable and a great location in the middle of the action of Tel Aviv. My friend and I shared a twin urban room. No frills but plenty of space. We were pleasantly surprised. Fun cafe off the lobby. It's a bit of a walk to the beach if that is a priority. For us we wanted to be near shopping and fun neighborhoods to explore. Will definitely come back.
Very clean room, friendly staff, good price, central location. Nice coffee shop open all day. Easy back entrance to elevator. We got complmentary wine and chocolate for my husband's birthday which was very nice. We will definitely be back!
We found that everything was going very well, from the check in, through the cosy quiet, design and clean room, the nice bathroom and the comfortable bed, at the best location in the city. Surely we'll visit again.
Great location on Alenbi street, nicely decorated and super clean rooms, and friendly staff. The receptionist was available 24 hours and was very helpful with every question or ask I had. Highly recommended.
Love the vive of the place. It is nice, clean cosy and easy walking distance to Camel Market. Buses are right outside the door so handy to get around. Nice and friendly staff and love the breakfast at the cafe too.
An outstanding hotel. Wonderful receptionist who was friendly and professional and smiling every time I passed by. Nothing was too much trouble for her. What an asset to the hotel! Great rooms with interesting decor. Very clean and comfortable. Well located for markets and restaurants and a 15 minute walk to the beach. Cafe downstairs was terrific for the included breakfast. A general feeling here that all staff loved their job and wanted to provide the best experience for guests.
This hotel is the greatest due to their fantastic receptionist, Polly. She is more of a super concierge than a mere desk clerk. She helped us with Taxi apps, Bus apps, directions, restaurants and so much more. She was always upbeat and funny from early mornings to late nights. The hotel itself is decorated in a style that is worth visiting just to see. There is fresh produce in the lobby and cozy seating next to the bakery/sandwich area not to mention the lovely outdoor seating. The rooms are clean and well appointed and there is graffiti on the ceilings. The neighborhood is perfect. So close to shops, restaurants, and transportation that you couldn't want for more.
We stayed here on a short family multi location trip. The hotel is quirky, very clean and well located for the beaches being only a fifteen minute walk away and possibly some of the best beaches we've been to. Soft white sand and beautiful warm sea. Car parking is a nightmare but there is a good secure car park up behind the hotel if you can find it. Enjoy
