The hotel is lovely. I stayed there before and was happy to stay there again. However. In the middle of the night I woke up because there was a noise that sounded as if it was right next to my bed. A noise of a couple having sex. For hours in a row. The sounds of it were not to be ignored, it really was as if they were next to me in my bed. It seemed to come from a ventilation opening in the ceiling. The night receptionist came to my room and was appalled by the situation she witnessed herself. As the hotel was fully booked the only thing she could do was improvising a bed for me on the couch in the adjacent sitting room to try te sleep for the remainder of the night. As well as having a pair of ear plugs brought over from another Brown hotel. She said she would advice the manager to compensate me. The manager never came back to me. So I contacted the manager myself. I even send her a minute taped from what I had to go through for hours (still have this tape as proof). I only got automated responses. Over and over again. Never an excuse (also not after my stay - in case the manager would have been on a leave or so), and I was surely not compensated. The hotel is still lovely. However, the manager does not care about decency and comfort for paying guests. If a not caring manager is to set the example for the rest of the staff I can promise you soon Brown Beach will be hostel-like.…

The **Beach House Tel Aviv** by Brown Hotels was a great place to stay. The hotel was close to the lovely Tel Aviv beach and other attractions. The staff was kind and attentive. The room was large and cozy.

It’s rested with me needing to change dates due to unplanned circumstances, and the hotel kindly accommodated despite Expedia’s claim it wasn’t possible. The arrival reception service was great. The hotel is one block from the Tel Aviv promenade and beach, and walking distance to some great eateries. Breakfast food and service is excellent.

It is a good hotel with a very good staff. When I came, they offered me a glass of sparkling wine for free. The room was quite small, but considering what you pay it is OK. The location is just one block away from the beach.

We were greeted with open arms on arrival to The BEach House Hotel, the welcome Cava was very much appreciated. We arrived early so our room wasn’t available so went to the restaurant for breakfast, breakfast was brunch style and very filling and generous. We were given an upgrade on our room which was a lovely surprise. The room was very unique in its decor which was lovely. Tea and coffee was available in the room but also in the lobby a long side water. The beach was less than a 2 minute walk which is ideal if you’re there in the summer for a beach holiday. I recently stayed in the Beach House Tel-Aviv by Browns Hotels and I must say it was fantastic! From the check in was very smooth with Vanessa she was excellent in making my stay and expectations are met! The Hotel is in great location close to everything and great breakfast & service too! My friend visited me on few nights and I recommended Brown in Jerusalem and they'd booked it. Her name is Alex Dudek with her parents. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip in June! the hotel is very neglected, dirty, the rooms are damaged, in the first room we stayed in, the entire balcony had bird droppings and the balcony door did not close, in the second room the condition is better, but the windows are still dirty, the staff is slow and the breakfast was lacking in product that should have had, I do not recommend it

The lobby is very welcoming, the staff is extremely friendly and willing to help on every occasion. The location is great, near to the beach, near to Carmel Market, a lot of good bars ad restaurants around. The rooms a clean, the service is good, there are nice balconies with great view, and the bus station is just in fromt of the hotel. Great place to stay!

This boutique hotel has lots of charm, a great location one block from the beach and a fantastic staff. Our suite (room 407) was perfect for a lengthy stay. We had a small living room, one bedroom, one full bathroom and a toilet room as well. We could see the Mediterranean from our balcony. HaYarkon Street is very noisy, but we couldn’t hear the noise from the bedroom. My only complaint is that the closet was too dark, and it would have been easier to get to our clothes if the bar was horizontal across the closet rather than vertical from front to back. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. Nofar was our restaurant guru. She found us so many wonderful restaurants and made reservations for us. Zach was our right hand man. Whatever the question, he had an answer. Whatever the problem, he had a solution. He always had time for us and always greeted us with a smile.…
