We had a room that overlooked the sea and after a busy first day we were too tired to go out to eat, we sat on the balcony with some humus and pitta from the supermarket across the road and watched Tel Aviv beach life! Rooms were clean and spacious. Would definitely return

Our group stayed two nights at the Royal Beach, and the hotel and its amenities were outstanding! My room on the 8th floor had a small balcony with stunning views of the Mediterranean and downtown Tel Aviv. I had a lovely supper there, watching the darkness setting in. The room was well equipped, rather funkily decorated, and extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet (dairy) was superb, and there was a menu you could order from as well if you wanted omelettes or pancakes. Pool area was spectacular, with lounge chairs that allowed you to people watch along the promenade. Everything was elegant! Staff was also incredibly helpful and friendly. It was a lovely way to end a trip!

This was my least favorite of the Isrotel hotels. Service at the front desk and restaurant was very poor. We won’t be coming back or recommending it to our friends. Too bad because the location is beautiful.

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are a bit funky and may not be for everybody. Service is excellent. But the jewel of the hotel os the pool. For a beach hotel in the city the pool is stunning. We spent an entire Shabbat relaxing poolside and can’t wait to do it again.

The Royal Beach in Tel Aviv is by all accounts a Unicorn. Just as i was raised to believe that these mythical creatures did not exist so i was of a similar belief that there was no such things as a hotel in Israel that had polite, competent staff who actually cared about their guests. This is without question a really good hotel, the decor is lovely, the staff are extremely approachable and amazingly they look for ways to say 'yes' to any issues that might arise. The food really is amongst some of the best i've ever had in the country and if my own experience wasn't enough to confirm this then the fact that all my friends not staying in the hotel kept asking me to make them reservations for dinner just reiterated the fact. The rooms are a little small, however they are tastefully decorated and modern. The pool area is large and the pool is actually in the shade which is nice when you want to cool off. I went to the Royal Beach not knowing what to expect and fearing the worst. Normally at this time of year, hotels are total carnage, you are kept waiting for your room at check in, the staff are rude throughout your entire stay, every little thing you ask for is an inconvenience and you leave thinking you really should have stayed at home. This is the polar opposite of my experience at the Royal Beach, the staff could not have done more, the food in the Executive lounge and dining room was fantastic and my entire family walked away at the end of the holiday all saying what a great hotel this place is.

Location was good. Staff were rude and unprofessional. Bathroom was so tiny one could barely move. Furniture very mediocre. A 3 star hotel pretending to be a luxury hotel. Grossly overpriced. Very poor value. Coming from other Isrotel hotels this was a shock how bad it was.

Dear Geoff B, A magnificent beacon that graces the Mediterranean shoreline, the Sea Tower Tel Aviv is an urban delight perfectly situated at the heart of the non-stop city's business, tourism, and commercial districts. Points of interest surround you from all sides: the bustling promenade, beautiful Frishman and Gordon beaches, famous Carmel Market, HaBima Theater, Dizengoff Center, and more. I was sorry to read that your last vacation at our hotel did not match your expectations. All of your comments have been taken to our attention and brought to the attention of the parties concerned. 7 nights in 2 studios. Restaurant the best. Good house keeping. Terrible breakfast mgt in weekends. Coffee takes 55 min. Server Ivan says “it’s not my job to get you your coffee” Mirko & Tarek guest-focused. Tzvi in the reception is a disaster - a bully to his timid junior receptionists. Hotel feels 3 stars. Name on top “Ro al Beach” misses the letter “y” - is a summary.

My husband and I stayed at the Royal Beach hotel in early March and were disappointed to hear the pool was closed. We were not aware of seasonal closure when booking and the pool was a big draw for us in booking the hotel. The room itself was pretty basic but had the basics of what we needed. The safe in the room didn’t work and when we called down for assistance, they said they’d send someone up- no one arrived and wasted our time. We also were abruptly stopped by the receptionists in the spa when we went to grab water bottles from the fitness center, refusing entry because we were not in exercise clothing and only allowing us to get plastic cups of water from the spa. I’ve never had a hotel tell me how I can and cannot use the water from the fitness center and again a very stingy, poor service experience for a “luxury” hotel. Lastly, the front desk staff seemed to have to consult with management for any request- they either lacked training on hotel services or are not empowered to make any decisions (small stuff like a later check in, etc.). Overall odd service experiences that didn’t feel professional or experienced in the hospitality industry. I would not stay here again. Having what we needed and being in a location close to the beach and Carmel Market we’re the best parts of this hotel, but there are many many other hotels in the same area that I’d rather spend my money with.

This was a nice experience after leaving a horrible hotel. Several thing’s disappointed me. Firstly, why are people banging on my door and coming in yelling that it’s check out time? I booked my reservations separately so I understand they may have not been aware that I extended my stay but seriously?? I’m in bed and this guy walks in on me. So completely dysfunctional. Especially in a 5 star hotel. Oh and the bath water was yellow because they were fixing things. I asked them to fix it, 8 hours later I ask the front desk and they said no one mentioned that they’ll send someone now. Seriously? He comes in, fixed it and then the same thing happened the next day. I didn’t even have energy anymore to tell them about it. I ran the water for 30 minutes until it cleared up.
