Horrible reception experience. The desk guy ignores me, when I finally ask for service he says he thought I was with a woman checking in, about 10 feet in front of me. Then couldn’t find my 3 reservations, which caused me to get tour company which arranged the reservations on the phone. We had booked early access but he didn’t know how to locate that. It was 10:00 AM, maybe a hint ?? Took 25 minutes. Later one of my guests ordered a beverage. Delivered to my room instead. Crappy service

The entire experience was great, the reception, breakfast at the dining room, dinning at the executive lounge, room services, gifts, etc. I wish I stayed longer at this hotel, but needed to head to Haifa. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Tel Aviv next time.
I have been staying at the Vista level for almost 10 years and it’s simply amazing. Incredible staff and service. From greeting at the front door to turned down service in the evening be ready to be pampered. Vista level food is so good. 50 times in Israel and this is only place I stay in Tel Aviv.
Stayed for 2 nights and with status, we were able to use the Executive Lounge, which is a BIG PLUS. The hotel was first rate in almost every way. Easy check-in and check-out. Nice room upgrade and welcome gift in the room. But, best features for us were the exercise room, which is among the best for a hotel that I have experienced, and the Exec Lounge on the 12th floor. The personnel in the lounge were very helpful and attentive, and the availability of serious food options for breakfast and dinner was amazing. Of course, there is a large buffet breakfast at the hotel as well, which was also great,. but we were interested in a quieter experience one of our days, and the lounge was wonderful. Would stay here again.
We always enjoy staying in this hotel. An american feels at home. The location, service,room are all so comfortable. Thanks to Zion andRachel for all their help!The food as usual is delicious-breakfast lasts all day.
12th floor executive lounge was attended to by: Uriya, Norman, Marina, and Tomas. What an absolute pleasure! All four know service as it should be- and all should take a note from their excellent- love of patrons and their love for Hilton and most of all service! Thank you for everything you do! Ps: food is great too!
This must be the most incompetent hotel in the Hilton system. I stayed here 6 years ago but the hotel continues to assign my HH number to a guest who has the same name and stays there two times a month. I have complained to the hotel repeatedly and the mistake never gets fixed, despite assurances it will be. Now I am getting his point credit — he’s on a corporate plan so this is rare — but more than anything it’s an invasion of HIS privacy as a guest and an annoyance to me as a Diamond member. What madness.
Great Location on the beach. Recommend room on Vista Floors which include access to Vista Lounge with Food and drinks available all day, and exceptional views of the Mediterranean and great customer service.
Brilliant hotel . The staff were extremely professional.the food was great. The manager Daria was pleasant . Carlos at the concierge was very courteous. At the executive lounge Elan , Malwana and Dave were so helpful. They have been very enthusiastic and professional . In the breakfast area Bipin and Lucas were amazing . I loved Tel Aviv. I will come back to Hilton Tel Aviv .
