Don’t recommend. We arrived relatively late and were quite ready to go to bed after a long day of travel. We had booked a room with a double bed. When we arrived, they gave us a room with 2 singles. We told reception about the mistake and they gave us a new room. This time, the pillows had no pillow cases. We had to call reception twice, but eventually they did bring new pillows with pillow cases. Then, we realized the AC wasn’t blowing cold air. Called reception again. 20 minutes later they say they don’t have anyone to fix the AC, so we are off to another room. 3rd times the charm, right? In the hotels defense, they did resolve all the complaints and the receptionist was very nice and helpful. It was just a lot of problems we did not want to be dealing with (and shouldn’t have had to deal with) and a very tedious process. Just a series of unfortunate events.

My husband and I had 5 hours before we had to be at the airport on the last day of our trip and decided we should rent a room, take a shower, repack suitcases and relax. BROWN BRUT was perfect for al those desires. Clean and convenient. It was centrally located for a final walk on the beach or a last trip to Carmel market. And the snacks in the Business Lounge were perfect for us before a long trip and didn't have to kill time in a restaurant. We also had a cab pick up problem due to a major festival across the street and the front desk people were extremely helpful in communicating with our driver. THANKS

Wonderful location, very good breakfast, free bikes and champagne. Great view from terrace, fantastic sunsets over the sea. Plenty of nice and authentic places around - little shops, beach, old train station, very pretty Neve Tzedek part of town, old Jaffa with clock tower, souvenirs, bars. I will definitely be back!

Overall I had a good experience at Brown Brut; it's in a great location, and the breakfast buffet is amazing. However, solo travelers might enjoy other options more - although there were usually people hanging out in the outdoor lounge area near the lobby, I didn't feel the atmosphere was conducive to meeting other people. There were a lot of young children playing on the sun deck both times I went, which may have been because it was during a school break, but it didn't make for the most relaxing experience.

We (my husband and I) really enjoyed our brief stay at the Brown Brut. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with an industrial feel, based on the "brutalist" theme of the hotel. We had a nice view of the Mediterranean Sea from our windows. We could actually open the windows and did so to take in the sea breezes at night. We paid extra for the buffet breakfast the next morning, which we found to be excellent as well! For the money we paid, we received a great value! The location of the hotel was also fabulous! I would recommend staying here and I'd stay here again!

Stayed here three weeks ago and was had a good stay. BE Careful when making you room selection as it not very clear about the room type and breakfast. My room thus time is so small and cranped you have to shuffle sideways to get in bed. There is no space to get dressed or use the sink as a massive TV hanging down. Banged my head so many times. Request another room and was shown the same. I am having to remove the bedside tables out side the room to make space. The staff at check in did not know how and have to remind them to take the payment details. On a vist next door to the restaurant was terrible service, very expensive food was cold. I don't know what's happening but things have changed. I was going to book again for my colleagues who are coming over for the Nike store I am opening and several trips to Israel. The issue is its not clear when booking on my corporate traveller site the room and breakfast options.

Very nice hotel, excellent location close to the beach, excellent service, excellent and varied breakfast, nice sunbed facing the sea with several small jacuzzis for singles and couples, really cool. We had dinner at the restaurant next to the hotel (where you eat breakfast) which was excellent and we even got a 20 percent discount as hotel guests. It should be taken into account that the normal room of 16 square meters is too small and should be increased to 20 square meters. highly recommend
