The team at Muse Hotel TLV are amazing! They truly are very kind and go above and beyond to make your stay more enjoyable. Specifically, Anna, at the front desk, took great care of me. Breakfast here is awesome -- and certainly one of the best hotel breakfast's I've had. Location is right near the beach and with plenty of transportation or nightlife access nearby. Overall can't recommend this hotel enough, and will be happy to come back for my next TLV visit.
It is a lovely boutique hotel- 2 minutes walk from the beach. The room is perfect for couples . The staff is very professional in particular- helped us with recommendations and tour bookings. The breakfast is good too. It could have been a little better priced as i realized similar places available for little cheaper in vicinity but no issues per say
Clean rooms and great breakfast! Location was convenient as well and in close proximity to the beach and several supermarkets. Provided Nespresso coffee machine in room, complimentary insulated bottle & chocolate bar.
Everyone throughout our stay have been very friendly and nice. They also provided us directions and places to visit. Our visit to Tel Aviv is very memorable and Muse with it's great location is a part of it. The beach is a few steps away.
I recently stayed at the Hotel Muse in Tel Aviv for two nights, and it was the worst hotel experience of my life. I would strongly recommend against staying at this hotel, as the problems were numerous and severe. Firstly, the room was not soundproof at all. I could hear everything going on inside and outside the hotel, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. I was not alone in experiencing this issue, as many other guests complained about it as well. The lack of basic accommodations for a good night's sleep was unacceptable. In addition to the issues with the room, the staff was incredibly rude. However, the worst experience I had was when the hotel owner accused me of being a thief over the phone, claiming that I didn't pay the VAT. Despite having a clear invoice that proved I had paid, he instructed the receptionist to call the police, causing a scene during breakfast in front of all other guests. The situation was humiliating and unacceptable, especially since the total amount in dispute was only about 50 EUR. It was a horror show that escalated not from my side, but from the hotel staff. It was clear that the owner had no regard for customer service or respect for their guests. To make matters worse, I saw that other guests were treated similarly. It is unacceptable for a hotel to treat their guests in such a manner, especially when the guests have done nothing wrong.…
A cosy hotel with good services. The room size was acceptable. The breakfast selections were awesome. Will choose this boutique hotel again if I will to stay in Tel Aviv next time. Highly recommended! 👍
Good location with less than 5 minutes walking to the beach and also a very easy walking to the famous Tel Aviv market area. Walking to the other interesting spots such as Museum of Art, Art Performance Center, and Rabin Square are fairly doable. Very good breakfast. Actually it is gorgeous. The breakfast area is also open 24 hours where one can sit and drink coffee and teas (for free). This Muse Boutique hotel is actually the same hotel as its neighboring Metropolitan hotel, with the later being much larger and taller. When I booked the room from booking.com, the Muse Boutique included breakfast while the Metropolitan didn't, yet the two hotels offered similar price. I stayed in both hotels in the same month. The Muse Boutique provided slippers and bath robes while the Metropolitan didn't. The breakfast in Muse Boutique was much better than that of Metropolitan's (and yet the later charged an additional fee). Thus I would recommend the Muse Boutique than the Metropolitan if the advertised prices are similar. On the other hand, the Muse Boutique has only a few stories (forget it's four or five) while the Metropolitan is much higher, where I was able to view the beach and ocean. Also the metropolitan room was quieter than the Muse Boutique, not sure if it was due to the Metropolitan's better window sealing or to its higher story, or both.…
Beautiful hotel near the sea, would recommend to everyone. Delicious breakfast, all-day tea/coffee availability. Great cleaning services. Not far away from the city centre, malls. Would visit it once more!
Excellent service nearby all to the beach and Carmel market! Staff were amicable and great complimentary coffee and tea station. Couldn’t stay for included breakfast and I was directed to next door hotel for take away 24 hrs continental breakfast.
One of the best hotels I have ever been to. They welcomed us very kindly. The room was very nice (we stayed at room 333). Every single room has an espresso machine with loads of variaty of coffee and local tea (that they refill for you everyday). The whole hotel has a Bauhaus design feeling. Always very clean and very kind staff. If you ever need coffee or some drink like cold water or juices even tea you can take it for free in the lobby. Even snacks. Very high quality of everything. Don´t bother to take your schampoo or conditioner or soap. they have very high quality in the room. Their breakfast is amazing. very fresh fruits, freshly baked bread, salmon, different local spreads, pastry and everything is kosher. You can choose one warm meal for breakfast which was always delicious. I really recommend the shakshuka. Before shabbat on fridays they even invite you for their type of tapas and wine. As i said very kind staff, clean and stylish hotel with great food and high quality of everything.…
