The online pictures of this hotel are not accurate. There is no food in the hotel. Rooms are tiny and very old/damaged. The hotel is a bit difficult to find. Its located on top of a 7-eleven. The area is dirty, crowded, and ugly. There is a homeless man living in front of the hotel. The concierge located in the 3rd floor of the hotel. The rooms are very very very outdated. Starting with the bathroom: every time we showered, water came out through the door, there is mold in the shower, mirrors are stained, floor is stained, and its not cleaned properly. The floor of the shower is also slippery. The bed is comfortable and the AC works very well. However, there is dust everywhere. The rooms are not cleaned properly or thorough. They provide complimentary water, but the glasses were dirty (lipstick stain that was not mine) and they never changed it during our 3-day stay. The blackout curtains do not cover the whole window so light came in at night. The other couple that was with us, found a cockroach in their room… Rooftop pool and bar is nice. Friendly staff.

Room Tip: Don’t stay here. The Brown Hotel might be a good chain, but this hotel was terrible

Poli House proved to be an excellent location and a complete hotel experience with its high sense of style, rooftop bar and pool, and accommodating staff. We also enjoyed massages (both of us) that were very professionally executed.

Very good location and comfortable venue. A good breakfast was included, near the hotel at the Amelie cafe. It is better to book a room directly than by booking.com. Very helpful service and restaurant around

1. Vey helpful staff (Alex and all ladies) , helped me getting a fair priced meal, fair priced taxi. 2. Great location (right next to the local market, walking distance to the beach area), 3. Wonderful facilities (roof pool, sauna, hot bath tub, and bicycle).

Nice Location: there are lots of cafes/stores nearby, the beach is just a few blocks away, very helpful and friendly staff, the hotel room was very clean and also quiet because of the location in the inner courtyard. We also enjoyed the free bicycles the hotel provided. There is a range of cafe's outside the hotel to choose for breakfast. During the local holidays it was sometimes difficult to find one which was open. Maybe the hotel should provide breakfast not only on weekends and also on holidays.

Amazing hotel in an amazing location. We are originally from Tel Aviv so we know all the best spots around but now we came as "tourists". This affordable hotel is very close to many great places. The rooftop pool is fabulous and not too packed. We really enjoyed our stay here.

This hotel has THE BEST location in Tel Aviv. You can walk everywhere from here. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. Yoni was on reception when I arrived & took great care of me during my stay. Thank you 🙏. The roof top pool is excellent and a very social place to hang out. Will definitely return.
