The sheets in the room were dirty with stains. We were not able to sleep because that sheets made our skin itchy. The toilet didn't work properly. There was no window in the room so there would be smell of mold after taking a shower. No elevator to the room on a 3rd floor. After asking for a compensation for these issues, all we were offered was 1+1 and the hotel breakfast. Very bad expierence
i stay with my wife during the weekend, two nights, and we had a very good impression of the hotel. It is close to many of Jerusalem attractions, the breakfast is excellent, wi-fi worked very good, everything clean, and we felt very comfortable. If you do not care that the entrance is not impressive, this hotel is a very good option.
Tiny room, smelled like mold. But we were aware that the room isn’t going to be amazing. We got what we paid for. We asked for bleach and cleaned the room ourselves as the smell was intolerable. We put the mattress on the floor instead of the gallery, and it was quite comfortable
No hot water at night nor in the morning. No one in reception to answer call and take care of problem after 21:00. Disaster. Was expecting much more for this hotel. Not sure how come this hotel got such good reviews. Children used cold shower 😞
I visited the hotel , the hotel staff was very kind and inviting, regarding the room, the shower knew better days than it seems today, on second thought I would give up the breakfast order in the hotel that I think was very basic to my taste, there are enough places a short distance outside the hotel for a good breakfast. In conclusion, an affordable and affordable hotel for accommodation in the center of Jerusalem is within walking distance of any attraction.
