The hotel is quiet and super cosy. The staff is really friendly. All the facilities and the general design of the rooms and lobby are of a 5 stars plus hotel. The bikes that the hotel can borrow you are a wonderful plus to travel around. I’ll definitely come back!

The unique charm the history behind the staff, the bar (free wine) the coffee and tea station the sweets all for free. The smile of the staff and the warm welcoming this you never touch it in other hotels very special place do not miss. The German Colony
Stayed for one night 17-18 February. I stayed here about two years ago and was wonderful. Unfortunately, this was not the case this time. The room was dirty: the carpet had stains and was dusty, the toilet had a smell of urine, and one of the light switches was smashed-broken. The carpet in the lift looked like it hadn't been cleaned, well, forever. Saturday morning breakfast "buffet" was a sham - day-old rolls and bread, fruit, and yogurt. All that goodness for $30 pp! The bill for one night was a whopping $285. Shame that such a lovely establishment is not capable of maintaining its own standards.
One of the best botique hotel in town the location the atmosphere the staff Eman and specially the reception Manager Suhair very proffessional outstanding way beyond. They have the best Sangaria sweets and coffee tea 24/7 complimentary, I will defenetly come back only beacuse of the smile and the welcoming of the team.
12 out of 10 :) + I come back here for many reasons. The team that runs this place is amazing and very thoughtful of guests’ needs and beyond. This place provides 300% value, and it is in a location that is both in a picturesque quiet area and near the transport vein + a short drive / long walk from the city’s main attractions. The rooms are beautiful, full of colour and are well maintained. I feel happy coming back here. - I liked everything! Go for the room with a balcony if you can :)
Such a hidden gem right off of Emek Refaim. The hotel was clean, warm and charming. All the staff was helpful and friendly, especially Eman at the front desk. She was lovely and helpful during our entire four day stay. Will definitely return!
Loved it - so elegant yet small and cozy, could not have been a better stay. We want to come back when it is warm and sunny and sit on the beautiful patio. The hotel staff were very accommodating and spoke fluent English. Being welcomed with a glass of champagne was especially lovely.
