The room was so clean and the staff are kind and dedicated. I was given welcom bottle water and fruits for free! This hotel provides the best service for the price! The breakfast was casual buffet, which was moderately good.

We had a great experience staying in this hotel. The service is very good, ready to help with anything you need! The rooms are pleasant, though a little run down. The location is perfect!!!! On the tram line which you can use to get almost anywhere in the city😀 The train station and Machane Yehuda market are within a five-minute walk from the hotel! And the price is reasonable. We even got a discount as veteran Citizens!!! It’s a real value for the money you pay! We’re sure you’ll enjoy it🙏

The Good I arrived with a group. There was bottled water and chocolates to greet me in the hotel. The rooms are of a good size, decent amenities like a fridge and a comfy bed. The staff are friendly even down to the housekeeping. Dinner is very repetitive but it's tasty and plentiful. The tram is outside which makes jerusalem really accessible. The wardrobe space was good. The bad Our first overnight stay with breakfast following, there is only one coffee machine to feed the 5000 guests who all try to get breakfast before 8am. Unluckily my group was there without alternative. What should have been a 30 minute event would have had to take an hour and I wasn't prepared for the bun fight, with sharp elbows and determined non-queuers as guest competition. The ugly The restaurant manager. He's invariably on the phone, has no sense or command of customer service and on my bedlam day at breakfast shouted 'outside' in my direction as if I was a dog. We were offered free wine and my fellow travellers were offered beer. Thinking it free they took it, only to find an aggressive debt collector on the prowl for £4.50 for a bottle that would be £1.50 back home. 'sign', the dining room staff snatched the 20 shekles from my companion and tucked it in his back pocket. The hotel then hounded our tour guide for beer payments by phone. The hotel was under renovation at the entrance which meant there was congestion and the foyet toilet was backed up. If they swap the restaurant manager with the housekeeping team they would be on the way to an improvement.

We stayed at Caesar Premier Jerusalem Dec. 25-29, 2022 and was the best stay on our Israel trip. I will highly recommend this hotel. Pros: 1. Very convenient to TLV airport as it is the first stop on the way to Jerusalem station, take a right on Jaffa Road and walk 5-10 minutes along the light rail track. 2. Light rail in front of hotel. use it to ride to all the attractions. 3. Good breakfast but did not try dinner. 4. Very helpful staff. 5. Very good value. We paid 115 USD per night for room + breakfast. Cons: 1. Need to climb about 10 steps to get in hotel. 2. About 3 Km from old city but can easily take light rail from the hotel for a cost of about 1.50 USD for a single trip. 3. Our room was behind the elevator which we could hear all night long. This was our only real negative for this hotel.

I'm sorry I came to this hotel, it seems like a one-star hostel. The food is of very low quality, the service is not professional, there is no treatment towards tourists. The reception staff have a relationship of contempt, that resentment and hatred is evident, they are simply lacking in providing service. The hostel is very old and not worth the price. I am sorry to give an opinion, they are low, but I DO NOT recommend.

I stayed here for just one night. I was visiting Jerusalem to watch football at the Teddy Stadium - Hapoel Jerusalem. The location of the hotel is excellent. It took me about 10 minutes to walk from the main train station in Jerusalem. The Light Railway line runs right past it. I walked into the Old City via Jaffa Street and stopped at the Yehuda Market on the way. The room was large, clean and modern. It had everything I needed for my requirements. The breakfast and choice was superb. I've never seen a spread like it on any of my overseas travels. I'd recommend staying in this hotel. To get to the Teddy Stadium, I caught a bus from behind the main train station to it. It stops at a shopping mall opposite the ground where you can get a footbridge to cross over the highway. I also visited the Holocaust Musem as well. I caught the Light Tram Railway (1) to Mount Herzil. The museum is a 10 minute walk away and it's well worth a visit. Admission is free.

We stayed at the hotel for one night, family of 5 in two rooms. Dinner was great. Very good dinner with a variety of food items. Breakfast - the same. Rooms are ok, enough space. Bathroom is very small. The bed was not supportive enough. Hotel is very well positioned at the city center near the light rail and the main transport station
