Located on the famous Dorot Rishonim Street, Arthur Hotel is in the central location of the recently renewed promenade area of Ben-Yehuda. The 54 room hotel has an eclectic design reflecting the many cultural influences that have been made on Jerusalem throughout many years. A classic hotel; where old world charm and contemporary hospitality combine for a unique hotel experience. Parking is available ( of course if there is space) at the Shamai 10 parking lot . The parking rate is 80 Shekel per 24 hours from first entering the parking lot for each night of stay. Leaving and entering the parking lot during the 24 hour period is allowed. Payment is made at the hotel. • Note that the license plate number must be given to the hotel in advance, before entering the parking lot.

Brilliant location, beautifully appointed hotel. Delicious food, abundant, fresh and well presented. Rooms are extremely comfortable and spacious, lovely bathrooms and toiletries. Reception staff were a little off handed in general.

Travelling solo I arrived at the Arthur April 16, left on the 17 and returned April 19 for six days. From the moment Savannah (may not be spelling her name correctly) greeted me with a big smile I knew I had made the right decision. I loved sitting on my balcony on the fifth floor overlooking the pedestrian mall. The ebb and flow of life on the street changed through the day and through the week. Friday night was very quiet. The bed and bedding was cosy and comfortable and I slept well after long days exploring. The hotel is a convenient two minute walk from the tram stop. I took the tram from the train station when I arrived with my suitcase from Tel Aviv. After that I walked almost everywhere. It was about 10 minutes to Jaffa Gate or 10 minutes to the Machaneh Yehudah Market. I could also stroll leisurely through the pedestrian streets to Mamilla. Its a 30 minute tram ride to Yad Vashem. The breakfast buffet was delicious and from 5 to 7 the hotel holds a happy hour for guests. Complementary wine and snacks are served offering an opportunity to chat with other travellers or organize the next day's adventure. Every person on staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. On my return Mahmoud smiled and said "your bag is already in your room." I felt like I was coming home. The hotel is conveniently located on a walkable pedestrian mall. Close to restaurants and transportation. A 10 minute walk to Old Jerusalem. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful with restaurant suggestions and assistance when needed. Mounina, who was one of the front desk staff was especially helpful to us and deserves recognition. Rooms were comfortable. Israel breakfast was ok but not as good as another Atlas property we stayed at during our trip to Israel.

This charming boutique hotel is in the core center of Jerusalem.everything is within walking distance. Rooms are very comfortable. We enjoyed the free happy hour with wine and appetizers. breakfast was nice as well. staff are very accomedating and helpfull.

This is our second visit. It was just as great as before. The breakfast are wonderful. There is a great spread of breads, croissants, cheeses, fruits, pastries, and cereals just as you enter the dining area. Egg dishes are made to order. Juices and coffee are self-serve. Room is nice and clean. Friendly, helpful staff, as usual. Great location--just steps away from Ben Yehuda St. (pedestrians only), and the light rail line. One word of caution, though. There is a major building project going on right next to the hotel. If you don't want to be bothered by construction noise starting at 7am, ask for a room on the other side of the building.

Very nice boutique hotel near Jerusalem City Center. Walking distance to restaurant and shops. Not far from Machaneh Yehudah Market. Nice touch with happy hour every day. Friendly staff. Mounira from the front desk was very helpful. Operation manager Mahmoud was very helpful when we check out. He made sure we got to the right place to wait for our shuttle to the airport with our luggage.

Stayed here for several nights on recent visit to Jerusalem. Excellent location - 1/2 block from Ben Yehuda and other busy streets. Breakfast is very good - whether you dine inside or outside on the small, pleasant patio. Also free social hour in the evening with wine and snacks.
