We have a great family vacation in Arthur hotel. Best location next to many restaurants and city centre. 3 minutes walk from the music square and 15 minutes walk to the old city. The rooms are warm and cosy, excellent breakfast with various dishes (in small plates fitted to corona time). Also great time with eating snacks between 17:00 to 19:00. We were very pleased from the reception service that helped us in any question and made us feel comfortable in the whole hosting time. We fully recommend the hotel and we surely will come back.

We got stuck without a hotel on the morning we planned to arrive to Jerusalem, long story short, we call Aurthur Hotel and Mahmoud was super helpful to assist us in booking rooms for two (!) families in such short notice. We had a great stay, the hotel was clean and kept all the required corona regulations Highly recommend, and we'll surely come back again.

We booked a room in another hotel of the same chain which eventually was still closed due to the Covid-19. We got a call from the manager of the chain in jerusalem, promising us the same room level and service in Arthur Hotel. We were hesitant about it but we must admit, Ayala (the hotel manager) kept her promises to the full. We’ve got s wonderful room with a balcony, great design, nice bathroom, comfi’ bed & coffee machine. Breakfast was 5 stars & the staff was very willing & friendly. We will come again... Couldn't have asked for a better hotel, better location or better customer service. From the time we stepped into the hotel we were treated with nothing but love and kindness the entire stay. We didn't want to leave and have never slept on a more comfortable bed in a hotel.
